Bachelor Nation and “The Voice” fans have plenty to celebrate as former “The Bachelorette” season 19 contestant Tyler Norris and Alyssa Sheridan, who appeared on season 9 of “The Voice,” announced they are expecting their first child.
The pair, who wed in April in a dreamy California wedding, shared in a joint Instagram post that Sheridan is 13 weeks pregnant with her “little bean.” Now, just months after saying “I do,” the newlyweds are preparing to embark on another major milestone together.
Tyler Norris & Alyssa Sheridan Are Having a Baby Nearly Four Months After Tying the Knot
In a joint Instagram post, married couple Tyler Norris and Alyssa Sheridan shared the joyous news that they are going to be parents!
The couple announced the exciting news with a series of sweet beach snapshots, including photos of themselves holding ultrasound images and showing off Sheridan’s growing baby bump. The pair coordinated in jeans and white tops as they posed together by the ocean, with Sheridan cradling her bump.
In another photo, Norris revealed their baby’s due date by writing, “Baby Norris 2.10.27” in the sand.
“Half of me & half of you ❤️,” the couple’s post began. “A little souvenir from Italy that we’ll treasure for a lifetime. 🤭🇮🇹 Baby Norris, coming 2.10.2027. 13 weeks of carrying you, my little bean. 🫶🏻”
In her caption, Sheridan shared how “the world seemed to stand still” when the couple first heard their baby’s “heart beating.” “There are moments in life that you can’t quite put into words—moments you know you’ll remember forever. That was one of them,” she wrote.
“You are already surrounded by so much love, sweet baby. We’ve dreamed of you, prayed for you, and now we get the sweetest privilege of being your Mom & Dad,” the post also read.
In fact, the couple teased their followers with their last photo. A black-and-white snapshot showing Sheridan holding baby booties in either pink or blue. “P.S. any guesses on what color the little booties are in the last pic?! 🤭🩷💙”
The couple’s baby announcement comes nearly four months after they tied the knot at Botanica in Oceanside, California, in April. The pair chose California as their wedding destination because it was where they first met. “California is incredibly special to us because it’s where we first met. Being able to celebrate our wedding in the same place where our story began felt really meaningful,” Sheridan told People.
How Norris & Sheridan’s Love Story Began
Norris and Sheridan did not meet on their respective reality TV shows. However, Sheridan was a fan of Norris during his time on “The Bachelorette” and “Bachelor in Paradise,” admitting that she thought he was “gorgeous.” Her aunt encouraged her to slide into his DMs.
Sheridan sent Norris a message that read “That smileee,” and they hit it off soon after.
According to Bachelor Nation, Norris hard-launched their relationship on Instagram in December 2023, sharing a video of the pair slow dancing to “Blue Ain’t Your Color” by Keith Urban.
The couple got engaged in Norris’ hometown in New Jersey in May 2025, and wed nearly a year later on April 17. While speaking to People after their wedding, Norris gushed about his new bride. “She’s going to be the most amazing wife and mother one day,” he said.
