Jennifer Aniston has found a relationship that reportedly lets her be herself.
The “Friends” star has been dating hypnotherapist and transformational coach Jim Curtis for more than a year. Unlike some of her previous romances, Jennifer, 57, has appeared increasingly comfortable sharing this chapter of her life publicly. Now, a new report reveals that Aniston is blissfully happy in the relationship but has no plans to take the next big step.
Jennifer Aniston Is Publicly Supporting Jim Curtis
Getty“They’re still very, very happy,” a source told Page Six. Although the couple’s relationship remains strong, the insider said marriage is not part of their plans.
“But they have no intention of ever getting married. Jen swears she will never get married again,” the source said.
Jennifer is preparing to interview Jim at The 92nd Street Y in Manhattan on Wednesday. The sold-out event, titled “An Evening with Jim Curtis,” will celebrate the release of his new book, “The Book of Possibility.”
NBCThe appearance represents another public show of support from Jennifer, who has traditionally guarded her relationships closely.
The couple first sparked romance speculation after photographers caught them together in Big Sur, California, in July 2025. It is Jennifer’s first known long-term relationship since her 2018 divorce from actor Justin Theroux.
She was previously married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005.
Why This Relationship Reportedly Feels Different
GettyAn insider said Jim offers Jennifer a sense of security she didn’t always experience in past relationships.
“This relationship is succeeding on so many levels because it’s got things that Jen’s never had before,” the source told Page Six.
“She doesn’t feel like she has to work to impress him or keep him [like she did with Theroux, 55]. She doesn’t feel like she has to compete with other, more famous women who are after him.”
The source added that Jennifer never has to question Jim’s feelings for her.
“And most of all, she never ever questions where she stands with him. He has zero hesitation about letting her know that he is crazy about her and is totally devoted.”
Jim Curtis Has Joined Jennifer Aniston’s Inner Circle
Jim has also become part of Jennifer’s close circle of longtime friends. He joined Jennifer, Courteney Cox, Jason Bateman and other friends on a vacation in Mallorca, Spain, in July. Pedro Pascal was also spotted with the group during its luxury yacht trip.
The couple’s latest appearance came when Jim accompanied Jennifer to dinner with Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Bateman, Amanda Anka and Will Arnett at the Tower Bar in Los Angeles.
“He doesn’t play games, doesn’t do hard-to-get, doesn’t try to make himself seem bigger by expecting [Aniston] to shrink herself,” the source said. “He loves her for exactly who she is.”
Jennifer Aniston Previously Addressed Marriage
Jennifer has already made it clear that lasting companionship doesn’t necessarily mean walking down the aisle again. “Never say never, but I don’t have any interest,” she told Allure in 2022 when asked about another marriage. “I’d love a relationship. Who knows? There are moments I want to just crawl up in a ball and say, ‘I need support.’”
“It would be wonderful to come home and fall into somebody’s arms and say, ‘That was a tough day,’” she added.
With Jim, Jennifer appears to have found exactly that kind of support.
