Sandra Bullock and Jennifer Aniston have built one of Hollywood’s more enduring friendships, and Bullock just gave fans another glimpse of how much they continue to support each other. On Sunday, August 21, The Practical Magic star gave fans a look at the everyday items she keeps close while working, slipping in a sweet nod to Aniston by highlighting a product from her LolaVie haircare line.

The clip also nodded to Bullock’s upcoming film, Practical Magic 2, in which she reprises her role as Sally Owens opposite Nicole Kidman‘s Gillian Owens.
Bullock, 62, filled her bag with props from the film, along with a personal touch honoring her bond with the Friends alum, 57. Among the items she pulled out were a “cute” scarf, makeup, and a bottle of LolaVie hair oil; the LolaVie clearly stood out as her favorite.
“I don’t know if you can tell how crazy my hair is; it’s curly. I’ve tried to beat it into submission,” Bullock said, before praising the product. “This oil has tamed my hair. It’s fabulous. Everyone should swear by this.”
For good measure, Bullock even used the oil on a fake crow, joking that it was responsible for the bird’s shine.

She also pulled out a few Sally-coded items, including her character’s daily planner and a book meant for jotting down thoughts, a nod to Practical Magic author Alice Hoffman. “It’s empty because actresses don’t have thoughts,” Bullock joked.

Inside Sandra Bullock and Jennifer Aniston’s Longtime Friendship
Bullock is the latest familiar face to show some love for LolaVie. Aniston’s longtime friend Jason Bateman, former Friends costar Courteney Cox and boyfriend Jim Curtis have also appeared in promotions for the haircare brand.
But Bullock and Aniston’s connection goes well beyond a product shoutout. The two have been close for years, building a friendship that has lasted through changing careers, personal milestones and plenty of time in the public eye.
In an August 2025 interview with Vanity Fair, Bullock opened up about how the two beat the odds to become close friends.
“We were from that time in the business where no one wanted the ladies to be friends; it was about pitting everyone against each other,” she said. “We were told we weren’t supposed to do that, meaning like and respect and honor each other.”
Their connection clicked instantly once they finally met at a mutual friend’s wedding. “We were just like, ‘Oh my God, we need to meet and cut loose,'” Bullock recalled. “And we did.”
She also praised Aniston’s grounded nature, saying, “I think her superpower is that she could very easily be hard, but she’s incredibly open,” adding that “people want to know about her and understand where she is in life and want her to be happy.”
