The mom and daughter were photographed during an outing in Rome, Italy, and North appeared to be towering over her mother. The photos were published on Instagram by People magazine, and fans have reacted to the post with messages about how grown-up North is looking. “OMG… I remember when that kid was born,” a comment reads. “North is 12???” another person questioned.
Both stars stood out with their fashion choices; Kardashian wore an all-black outfit complete with a lace bra and chunky cross necklaces, while her daughter, whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West, showed off a daring side by opting for bold blue hair.
North wore a black fitted top and a blue and black skirt combination, which she paired with leather boots.
Kardashian and North also posted a video clip in their outfits on their shared Kim & North TikTok account. It shows them dancing and being playful. The video has been liked over 800,000 times.
Kim Kardashian Discusses Parenting North West
North was born on June 15, 2013, in Los Angeles, California, and she has grown up in the spotlight. She has a strong personality and fans of the Kardashians will know she’s not afraid to speak her truths, even if that means she sometimes criticises her mom.
The Skims founder has previously discussed North’s personality on an episode of “The Kardashians” in October 2023, Hola! reports. “I feel like North is like, lives her life like an only child, does her thing,” she said.
Kim is also a parent to three younger children, Chicago, Saint, and Psalm.
North is not shying from the limelight; instead, she is embracing it, even giving a joint interview with her mom to Interview magazine on October 11, 2024. In their candid chat, Kardashian asked her daughter if she liked being on camera, to which she replied, “I like taking pictures of myself, but I don’t like when paparazzi do. When I just woke up and there’s so much paparazzi, I’m like, ‘Yo, I’m going to sue you.’ If I’m ready, if I’m not tired, if my outfit’s good, I’m like, ‘Okay, I could take a picture.’”
She also discussed her style. In response to her mom’s question about her “favorite style right now?” she replied, “I like streetwear and the ’90s. Tyler, the Creator; my dad; me!”
