Plaza showed off her bump in a cream shift minidress with a blue floral design. The vintage inspired design was first seen in Stella McCartney’s Spring 2026 show, per PEOPLE. The maternity-friendly look comes one week after she confirmed her pregnancy.

According to Net-a-Porter, the dress is “patterned with painterly florals and brought to life with iridescent beads,” and is “cut from cotton-poplin for a voluminous mini hem.”

Plaza kept the look simple with a pair of white satin pumps. Minimal makeup and softly curled hair emphasized her luminous looks.

The “Parks and Recreation” actress also carried a bedazzled cat purse in homage to the main character of “Kevin,” a cat voiced by Jason Schwartzmann.

The animated series, aimed towards an adult audience, follows the titular character as he moves into a New York animal shelter following the break-up of his owners.

In a sweet moment, she was joined on the red carpet by castmates Whoopi Goldberg and Quinta Brunson, who posed with her for photos while cradling her bump.

Plaza’s Maternity Style: Comfortable And Classy

Per W Magazine, Plaza opted for an oversized Celine sweater vest for her appearance on co-star Goldberg’s show “The View.”

Captured on her way into the studio, she paired the mod blue A-line vest with round sunglasses and small, silver hoop earrings. A chic white DeMellier’s shoulder bag provided contrast, alongside white Santoni loafers. During the studio appearance, Plaza swapped shoes for a pair of black strappy wedges.

Plaza appeared on the show alongside co-stars Amy Sedaris, John Waters and a life-sized Kevin the Cat. Waters will voice Armando, “an elite Persian cat,” Sedaris provides the voice for Brandy, “a little white dog with a big personality,” while Goldberg will portray “a hairless, feral cat named Cupcake.”

Plaza, the co-creator of the show, will play one of Kevin’s owners Dana, in addition to a pitbull called Mia. “And I play Chrissy, the drunk spider,” Plaza added.

It was revealed Kevin was an actual pet shared by Plaza and her ex-boyfriend, now co-worker, Joe Winger.

“Pitching the show was like a really, like, full circle, crazy moment,” she shared.

“It kind of felt cathartic in a way, kind of like couple’s therapy but twenty years later, in front of Amazon and Netflix.”

This will be Plaza’s first child, with partner Christopher Abbott.
