At 69, Kris Jenner says she isn’t shying away from change. Instead, she’s opening up about her decision to refresh her look with another facelift, calling it her personal version of ageing gracefully. The Vogue Arabia September cover star, the matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner family, revealed she recently opted for a cosmetic “refresh” after first having a facelift 15 years ago.

“I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.”
Jenner Explains Her Philosophy on Ageing & Self-Care
Jenner, who turns 70 in November, stressed that her choice reflects her own outlook on aging. “Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself,” she explained.
“If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully – meaning you don’t want to do anything – then don’t do anything. But for me, this is ageing gracefully. It’s my version.”
Fans First Noticed Her Youthful Glow Earlier This Year
Whispers about Jenner’s youthful glow began earlier this year, after a string of Instagram posts had fans noting how refreshed she looked.
The buzz only grew when she traveled to Paris with daughter Kim Kardashian for the trial tied to Kardashian’s 2016 robbery, and later turned heads again at Lauren Sánchez’s bachelorette party.
At the time, People confirmed that Jenner had undergone enhancements with New York plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Levine, though the reality star kept quiet about the specifics until now.
Supported by Family During Surgery

The momager explained that being open about her choices is important to her. “I decided to reveal some details because I feel it can be very inspirational to people who aren’t feeling so great about themselves. Even when I had my hip replacement, we filmed it. I have the conviction that sharing these things can be helpful,” she told Vogue Arabia.
Looking Back on Her Cosmetic Journey & Looking Ahead
Talking about plastic surgery is nothing new for Jenner. Over the years, she has candidly discussed her breast augmentations, Botox, and even an earlobe reduction, some of which were filmed for “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”.
As per Fox News, in June, she recalled her 2011 facelift performed by Dr. Garth Fisher, praising the surgeon for making it “the most amazing experience ever.”
Now, as she enters a new chapter, Jenner says she feels energized and confident. “I don’t know what 70 is supposed to feel like, but I feel great and I’m happy to be there,” she said. Retirement is not on her radar either. “My mom worked until she was 82, and I’m planning on following suit… Maybe 85?”
