The 2026 BRIT Awards took place on Saturday, February 28, and celebrated some of the best in the music industry. Along with a performance by Harry Styles as well as Olivia Dean, Ronson, Wolf Alice, Rosalía and more, other stars were honored throughout the event.
The 2026 BRIT Awards Featured Big Winners & a Touching Tribute
“The awards show, hosted by comedian Jack Whitehall, aired live on ITV1 from the Co-op Live Arena in Manchester, U.K.,” People noted while adding that “Dean and Lola Young led this year’s nominations with five each, followed by Sam Fender with four nods. Other top nominees included Lily Allen, Wolf Alice, Dave, Fred again.. and Jim Legxacy.”
Dean ended up earning the most awards, including both Artist of the Year and Album of the Year.
Beyond that, “Ozzy Osbourne was posthumously honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award, while Mark Ronson was recognized for Outstanding Contribution to Music,” per People. “Additional special honorees included Noel Gallagher as Songwriter of the Year and PinkPantheress as Producer of the Year.”
