Ever since “Bachelor” alum Blake Hortsmann met “Love Is Blind” star Giannina Gibelli on 2022’s “All Star Shore,” the two have become on of reality TV’s most beloved couples.
And, most recently, they proved just how meant-to-be they are as Hortsmann supported his fiancée in a risqué photoshoot.
Blake Hortsmann Was Right By His Fiancée’s Side in Latest Campaign
On Instagram, Hortsmann shared a video of Gibelli is a white corset and underwear during a photoshoot for Adore Me’s new collection for David’s Bridal Lingerie Collection.
In it, while Gibelli poses for pictures, Hortsmann stands back and smiles from ear to ear and he records a behind-the-scenes video. “Bring your man to work day,” he wrote on top.
In the audio for the video, Hortsmann added a snipped of Justin Bieber’s “Favorite Girl,” where he sings, “I was always knew you were the best, the coolest girl I know.”
“Not me cheesing at the end 😂😍,” Hortsmann wrote in the caption. “Everyone go checkout @gianninagibelli new bridal collection with @adoreme.”
In the comment section, Gibelli left a cheeky comment to her soon-to-be husband. “not too bad eh 😘,” she wrote.
The comment section is also filled with fans loving their connection, and how supportive he is in her projects. “You two are so cute and so obviously obsessed with eachother ❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥,” one user commented. “We love a supportive husband!!! 😍” echoed another.
After meeting onscreen in 2022, Hortsmann and Gibelli got engaged on October 30, 2024. They welcomed their first child, a son named Heath Orion Horstmann, on March 29, 2024, and are set to tie the knot later this year.

Gibelli also took to Instagram to share her new project, and it included some behind-the-scenes of her many looks from the collection.
“If you would’ve told baby G she’d be a bridal lingerie model,” she wrote on the video. “She would’ve believed you.”

In the comment section, her fans are gushing over how beautiful and confident she looks. “It’s your world we’re just living in it 😍👏,” wrote one follower. “It’s your very own @balockaye.h paparazzi in the back! 💗” another wrote, referring to Hortsmann.
Prior to the photoshoot, Hortsmann and Gibelli took a break from planning their wedding to attend Coachella with their two-year-old son. They aptly named all the posts from their family getaway as “Heathchella.”
