The singer also proudly showcased her recent weight loss, which she has been open about on her “Workin’ On It” podcast.
“We did 75 Hard after [our son] Riley was born and, man, did we crush,” she shared. “When we heard more and more of our friends — and even our doctors — were on Mounjaro and Ozempic, [we decided to try it out too].”

The “All About That Bass” singer explained that she and Sabara chose Mounjaro after consulting their doctors and researching the safest options. “I did the research, and I felt safe,” she said, adding that the couple also overhauled their diet and exercise routines.
“We were like, ‘We have to make sure we don’t lose muscle that we worked so hard gaining all those years,’” Trainor explained. “We stay in the gym, we work out, we eat right, and we just noticed that we were less hungry.”
The couple shares two sons, Riley, born in 2021, and Barry, born in 2023, and continues to focus on maintaining their healthy lifestyle together.
Trainor Opens Up About Her Confidence Transformation
In addition to her fitness journey, Trainor recently underwent a breast augmentation as part of a “mommy makeover.” On a November 2024 episode of her podcast, she said, “My mommy boobies were full of milk and now they’re empty. I’ve lost some weight and I have, like, saggy sacks as boobs.”
She continued, “I’ve always joked and said for years, like, ‘I can’t wait till I can get a boob job!’ I’m gonna have boobies that don’t look at the floor and it’s gonna be huge … for my confidence.”
After the surgery, Trainor told fans she couldn’t be happier with her decision. “After having kids, living a healthier lifestyle and losing weight, I couldn’t be happier. I’ve always struggled with loving my boobs before I got them done because they were never even. I’m so obsessed.”
