Lionel Richie has a new family member. Sofia Richie Grainge announced she gave birth to her and husband Elliot Grainge’s second baby on March 18!
In an Instagram post from Wednesday, March 25, Sofia shared the first-ever photo of her newborn, captioning the post, “Henry Cecil Grainge 💙 03/18/26 Loves of my lives.”
The adorable photo featured both Henry and his older sister, Eloise Samantha Grainge, who was born in May 2024.

Many of the fashion model’s industry colleagues congratulated her in the comments, while others gushed over how cute the name Henry Cecil is.

Sofia announced her second pregnancy on October 16 by captioning a mirror selfie on Instagram, “On my way to launch these babies.”

The 27-year-old previously expressed how important being a mom is to her. For Eloise’s first birthday, she wrote an emotional Instagram post, saying that Eloise has filled her life with a purpose she had never before felt.
“I didn’t realize her first birthday was going to be such a mix of emotion for me,” Sofia said. “On one hand it’s the most amazing beautiful milestone. On the other hand, I look back and realize those tiny little moments are something I’ll never get back. Watching her grow has been a gift. My greatest achievement will ALWAYS be her. She has given me purpose, and I am nothing without her.”
Throughout her pregnancy with Henry, Sofia often shared family photos of herself with Eloise and Elliot, whom she married on April 23, 2023, in the French Riviera, People reported. She wore three bridal designs throughout her special day, which was attended by her older sister, Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton, Cameron Diaz and many more.
Sofia was walked down the aisle by her famed father, Lionel Richie. Lionel shared a gorgeous Instagram photo of him and his youngest daughter on her wedding day, captioning the image, “My little girl is all grown up and starting her own journey with the love of her life.
