Craig Conover admitted he has “no idea” what’s going on with his relationship with Paige DeSorbo.
During a December 12 appearance on “Watch What Happens Live,” the “Southern Charm” OG revealed he is taking things week by week with the “Summer House” star, whom he’s been dating since 2021.
After Bravo host Andy Cohen asked him if he had any “announcements,” Conover laughed. “Marriage, proposal?” he asked. “No, I would say congratulations. [Paige and her ‘Giggly Squad’ co-host Hannah Berner] just finished a 56 [city] tour, sell-out tour. Three months. She’s in bed with her cat right now.”
While he admitted that all of his past timelines for an engagement have passed, Conover said, “I am happy representing the couple that we are now. Just like dating a strong, independent career-driven woman.”
“I think a lot of those timelines were definitely enforced by me and I didn’t know any better. Also society,” the Bravo star added. “This is what I’ll admit now. I have no idea what’s going on at any point in time. We live in the week instead of obsessing about the future.”
Craig Conover Said He Basically Lives With Paige
Conover and DeSorbo have been maintaining a long-distance relationship between his home in Charleston, South Carolina, and her home in New York City for three years. In December, Conover told Page Six the two don’t go long periods of time away from each other.
“I think a lot of people, when they hear long-distance, they think that it means that we don’t see each other a lot,” he shared. “But, Paige and I basically live together, and we just live in two different places.”
Conover told the outlet they usually spend the spring in Charleston and the summer in New York. The 10th season of “Southern Charm” was filmed in spring 2024, while “Summer House” films in the summer in the Hamptons.

There had long been speculation about Conover moving to New York permanently to appease city girl DeSorbo. Speaking with “The Skinny Him and Her Confidential” podcast in December 2023, DeSorbo admitted she was not ready to move out of New York. “Craig, I give him a lot of credit because he doesn’t, honestly, he doesn’t pressure me about moving ever. Like we rarely, he’ll rarely bring it up,” she said. “But I think he wants us to have a family and it be in Charleston.”
But Conover told Page Six he’s starting to “love” the Big Apple. “Honestly, I will always be a part of Charleston, but I’m starting to love this like New York energy and the challenges that come with New York, and I think I’ll be spending more time up here,” he admitted in December 2024.
