Heather Dubrow & Josh Flagg’s Meaningful Reunion Centers on Love & Advocacy

Heather Dubrow and Josh Flagg reunited for a cause that goes far beyond reality television. The longtime friends and Bravo stars co-hosted the 2025 Tidings event, an annual holiday celebration supporting GLAAD and its ongoing work advocating for LGBTQ visibility and acceptance.

The star-studded event took place on Wednesday, December 17, at Flagg’s Trousdale Estates home in Beverly Hills.

Dubrow, a cast member on “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” opened the evening with a heartfelt speech, thanking Flagg for opening his home and lending his support.

“I want to thank my dear friend and co-host, Josh Flagg,” Dubrow said in remarks shared via Flagg’s Instagram Stories. “He has the most gorgeous home, and he’s opened it all up to us. So, thank you very, very much.”

Dubrow revealed that she had initially been prepared a different speech but decided to change course in light of recent tragedies, including the Brown University and Sydney, Australia, shootings.

“The events of the last week have really thrown me, as they’ve thrown so many of us,” she said. “All we’re promised is right now… This is what we have.”

She encouraged guests to embrace authenticity and love freely, tying the message directly to GLAAD’s work.

“If there’s ever a moment in all of our lives to say, ‘I am going to love exactly who I want to love, and I am going to live as my true, authentic self,’ this is that time,” Dubrow said. “We are so thankful to have a partner like GLAAD that is willing to stand up for all of us and our families.”

Guests included Sutton Stracke from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” along with Dubrow’s RHOC castmates Shannon Storms Beador, Jennifer Pedranti, and Gina Kirschenheiter, many of whom shared photos and videos from the night on social media.

Heather & Terry Dubrow Share Why LGBTQ Advocacy Is Personal

Heather and her husband, Terry Dubrow, have been open about supporting their children, three of whom identify as LGBTQ. The couple recently spoke with People while attending the 6th Annual Vanderpump Dogs Gala in November, reflecting on gratitude and family.

“I have four healthy, great kids and our family — knock on wood — everyone seems to be in a good spot right now,” Dubrow told the outlet.

Terry added that Heather’s platform on RHOC has enabled their family to openly support the LGBTQ community.

“It allows us to support the LGBTQ community,” he said. “Not a lot of platforms would necessarily allow you to support them in that way. With love and support, we just feel very blessed to be part of the community.”

The Dubrows have been open about their family’s journey over the years. Their eldest daughter, Max, came out as bisexual in 2020, followed by their daughter Kat coming out as a lesbian in 2021. In 2023, Dubrow shared that her youngest child is transgender and goes by the name Ace.

Dubrow and Flagg also share a long professional history. Earlier this year, Flagg and fellow “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” agent Josh Altman helped Dubrow and her husband sell their Beverly Hills home for $16.5 million, according to TMZ.
