Bravo’s “Southern Charm” season 11 is set to premiere on Wednesday, Nov. 19, with a trailer teasing continuing drama among friends Craig Conover and Austen Kroll, and new romances between cast members that could only be described as a love web.
The trailer hinted that Conover is fully embracing his single life, showing him drawn to both Salley Carson and newcomer Charley Manely. But in a new clip from the upcoming premiere, an entirely different connection begins to bloom, one fans might not have seen coming.
Molly O’Connell & Kory Keefer Share Flirty Connection on the ‘Southern Charm’ Premiere
Bravo“Southern Charm” season 11 will kick things off at Madison LeCroy’s baby shower. According to Bravo, who shared an exclusive clip of the season premiere, the Charleston crew will reunite in all-pink attire to celebrate LeCroy’s upcoming arrival.
However, the clip shows Molly O’Connell and “friend of” star Kory Keefer having a flirtatious conversation at the outdoor bar that fans would probably not have expected. In the clip, O’Connell explains to Keefer why she needs to leave the party early so she can get to band practice.
When O’Connell tells Keefer that she is in the Charleston Concert Band, where she plays the miniature tuba, also called the euphonium, the “Winter House” star shares, “Shut the [expletive] up.” They share a few laughs when Keefer refers to her instrument as the “mini trombone,” and the model does her best to make the sound of her instrument and tells him, “Yeah, and I spit all up on that thing.”
Speaking in a confessional, O’Connell shares, “Kory is a huge flirt. I mean, he’s hot in like a [expletive] boy way.”
The two continue to flirt with one another, with Keefer telling her, “So when I come over your house tonight, are you going to play the trumpet or trombone?” O’Connell responds, “I’m going to make you hold my snake,” to which Keefer replies, “That’s not happening. You can hold mine.”
“Oh, wow. Shiny toxic [expletive] boy. Like, my therapy apparently is not working very well if this is who I think is cute,” she adds to the camera.
As Rodrigo Reyes observes what’s happening between the two, he admits to liking what he sees. Meanwhile, Craig Conover tells Madison LeCroy, “Kory, I knew would like her.”
Keefer Is a New Addition to ‘Southern Charm’ Season 11
BravoFans are loving seeing O’Connell finally get to have some fun this season when it comes to potential new romances, especially since her crush on Shep Rose in season 10 never turned into anything serious. Her flirtatious moments with Keefer feel refreshing, and he already seems like a natural fit with the cast.
Although he isn’t joining the cast as a main cast member, Keefer appears to be stepping into a “friend of” role for season 11. Bravo fans will remember him from the “Summer House” spinoff “Winter House,” where he starred in seasons 2 and 3.
Keefer comes into the new season as one of Conover’s best friends. According to Bravo, the two men attended the College of Charleston and joined the same fraternity. During an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” Conover shared, “He was my little brother in the fraternity, and then we lived together for like four years after that.”
Now that Conover is single, fans can definitely expect him to lean on Keefer as his wingman and vice versa.
