Roger Federer, 45, made his return to the US Open on August 25, 2026. And the tennis legend wasn’t the only familiar face to show up for the special event.
Federer won five consecutive US Open titles from 2004 to 2008. And his return to the court for this special exhibition gave fans another opportunity to see him back at the tournament. He took part in the match at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York. There he faced longtime friend and rival Andy Roddick, 43 in two matches. The two have shared plenty of memorable moments throughout their careers. So seeing them back on the court together was a fun moment for tennis fans.
