Andie MacDowell Gushed Over the Beautiful & Unique Wedding
In one Facebook post shared on November 6, MacDowell showed off the ensemble she wore for the wedding. She explained that the wedding was held in the mountains and all of the families “stayed together in cabins close to each other so that we were always celebrating together.”
“I’ve never experienced anything so beautiful,” she gushed.
MacDowell admitted that she wanted to impress her daughter with the costume she designed to wear for the wedding. “I worked hard on my costume. I am queen of the ravens and the crows,” she explained.
In an additional Facebook post, MacDowell posted a photo of the bride and groom. She wrote, “What they created was pure fun, beautiful, perfect and gorgeous SWEET and good good good good good people Full of love.”
Another post shared on November 7 showed MacDowell in her costume, holding her granddaughter. Qualley and Wilson welcomed their daughter in December 2024 and later revealed they named her Bluebell Coyote Wilson.
For the wedding, MacDowell was “honored to be the one to walk my sweet grandbaby Bluebell down the aisle.” She noted that the baby was “dressed as a coyote because that is what they kept seeing on their first date!”
Bluebell slept as her grandmother carried her down the aisle, and MacDowell read a poem during the ceremony. She read Maya Angelou’s “Touched by an Angel,” MacDowell noted in a comment.
The baby woke up to see her parents exchange vows and “It really was one of the most remarkable things I’ve ever witnessed,” the Hallmark star noted.
She explained that the baby “was laughing and looking lovingly at her parents as they exchanged their vows and spoke so sweetly and kindly to each other.”
