Donna Kelce is keeping busy these days — from reality TV filming to celebrating her son’s engagement — but her latest outing put the spotlight back on family. The proud NFL mom joined fellow football matriarch Randi Mahomes for a glamorous girls’ night at 1587 Prime, the new Kansas City restaurant launched by their superstar sons, Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes.

On Saturday, September 20, Donna, 72, and Randi, 49, posted on Instagram about their evening at 1587 Prime. The mothers proudly showed off collectible postcards from the restaurant while praising the venue.
“Proud moms at @1587prime !! Starting our collection with these keepsakes now.. so blessed,” Randi wrote alongside the photo.
1587 Prime, which pays tribute to the jersey numbers of Travis (87) and Patrick (15), held its soft launch on September 8 and officially opened to the public on September 17.
The opening night quickly made headlines when Travis brought fiancée Taylor Swift for a romantic date. The couple were spotted sharing kisses in a semi-private booth before mingling with guests, including Patrick and his wife, Brittany Mahomes.
The restaurant is filled with nods to both athletes’ personal and professional lives. Perhaps the most buzzworthy detail? A cocktail named after Taylor’s 2024 track “The Alchemy.” The drink mixes clarified citrus vodka, dry curaçao, aronia berry, cranberry, strawberry, lime, and oolong tea.
During a September interview on “The Drive” on 610 Sports Radio, Patrick explained the tribute. “I’m not a big liquor drinker myself, but from everybody I’ve heard from, it’s a really good drink and obviously wanted to have an ode to Taylor and how important she is, not only to us but this city as well,” Patrick, 29, told the hosts.
Other creative cocktails include the “Showtime,” “Big Yeti,” and the “Queen Bee,” named after Brittany Mahomes.
Busy Summers For Both NFL Moms
Randi Mahomes has had a whirlwind summer. In June, she sold Patrick’s childhood home in Tyler, Texas, after Patrick and his brother Jackson purchased her and half-sister Mia a new $825,000 property nearby.
“It’s bittersweet but it’s time for a change and Mia and I are so excited to have a new place to decorate and make a home and now I have a large space for those grand babies,” Randi said at the time.
She is grandmother to Sterling Skye, 4, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon, 2, and Golden Raye, 8 months.
Donna Kelce, meanwhile, just returned from Scotland, where she filmed season 4 of “The Traitors.” The Peacock series features Donna alongside reality stars Lisa Rinna, Porsha Williams, Dorinda Medley, Caroline Stanbury, and Candiace Dillard Bassett, as well as Olympians Tara Lipinski and Johnny Weir.
Candiace teased Donna’s role in the castle while speaking to Us Weekly at Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea “VRT Awards” in New York City on September 17. “Mama D! Mama Donna is the sweetest,” Candiace, 38, said. “She’s America’s mom, and she was the castle mom for all of us.”
“The Traitors” season 4 will air on Peacock.
On Sunday, September 21, Mahomes and Kelce led the Chiefs to their first win of this young NFL season.
