Former Hallmark star Lori Loughlin and her estranged husband, Mossimo Giannulli, are another step closer to officially going their separate ways, at least when it comes to home ownership. The house they owned together that has been on the market since before they announced their split has finally sold.
The former “When Calls the Heart” star and her husband of nearly 30 years split in October, TMZ reported.
Lori Loughlin & Mossimo Giannulli’s Hidden Hills Home Has Sold
According to TMZ on November 10, Giannulli and Loughlin have officially sold their Los Angeles, California home. The property, located in the Hidden Hills area, shows on Zillow that the closing took place on November 10. The final sale price was $12,650,000.
The final sale price on the Hidden Hills estate is significantly lower than what Loughlin and Giannulli originally sought. The couple initially listed the property for sale in February at an asking price of $16,500,000. In July, the price was dropped nearly 10 percent to $14,950,000.
As of October 22, there was a contingent contract in place on Loughlin and Giannulli’s home. The sale shifted to pending on October 29. The couple first bought the home in 2020. At that time, the listing price was $10,550,000.
The home is located in the Ashley Ridge Estates area of Hidden Hills. It has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and has nearly 12,000 square feet of living area.
The contemporary farmhouse estate includes a swimming pool, spa, BBQ area, bocce ball court, and playground in the backyard. It is nestled in a private, gated neighborhood with stunning mountain views. Inside, residents can enjoy a fully equipped gym and home theater, as well as a wine cellar and chef’s kitchen.
‘WCTH’ Fans Could Still Potentially See Loughlin Return
The pair purchased the home in the midst of their college admission scandal. In August 2020, the BBC reported that Loughlin took a plea deal that resulted in a prison term of two months. Gianninni also took a plea deal and he received a sentence of five months. Both plea deals also involved fines and community service hours.
As Entertainment Weekly shared in May 2019, Loughlin was written out as Abigail on “When Calls the Heart” after her initial arrest. She may be gone, but she hasn’t been forgotten, and it seems the door is not necessarily forever closed to a return.
Hallmark star Erin Krakow was recently asked by Us Weekly if Loughlin could ever return to “When Calls the Heart.” Interestingly, Krakow responded, “I sure hope so.”

I certainly hope she can.
Would love to see her on WCTH. And other hallmark movies. She a great actress. Hope it happens soon.
Bring her back she served her time.
Would love to see her back in Hallmark WCTH and Garage Sale Mysteries.
Not fair how she lost everything overnight six years ago, but Roman Polanski, Brian Peck, Victor Salva, and the like did way worse, and they kept getting jobs.
I love Lori Loughlin! I’ve waited since 2019 for the Hallmark Execs to reinstate her! She has made a very costly mistake, but has paid for it over and over. She paid her debt, and deserves a chance to make a new start. Why should the GAF channel get to have her skills and not those of us who love the Hallmark Channel and Hallmark+? She was beloved as a leading lady, and STILL IS!! Especially at a time in our country when so many don’t face their choices, why shouldn’t someone who has paid her debt to society, the university, and her career, not have another chance? Have a heart, Hallmark! “Let those of us who have never made a mistake throw the first stone.” Who are we to condemn such a wonderful person?
I agree totally with Nancy !!
I certainly applaud Lori Loughlin’s superb acting in WCTH !!
Hope she comes back in the new season !!!!!!

I hope she comes back. She is a wonderful actress. Personally I don’t think the sentence fit the crime as they say. She just was duped like so many others myself included except they wanted me to pay a lot less. I said no I didn’t have it. We all want to help our kids
I like her. Bring her back. Live her garage mysteries too!
I feel the same as others, she paid the price for her mistake and now, let her live her life. We all love her in when calls the heart and Hallmark movies. Looking forward to the day she returns.
It annoys me that so many men and women in the very public eye and especially in politics don’t seem to have ever paid the proce for their very public crimes and still have their jobs and Continue to lie and carry on as if they have done nothing wrong, Lori has served her time for a crime way less offensive than most of those politicians that have not served any time or shown any remorse either. BRING LORI BACK TO WCTH, SHE IS MISSED BY MANY OF US… Praying for you Lori, this whole time. Wake Up Hallmark!
