6 HGTV Stars Reunite With Jonathan Knight Months After His Show’s Cancellation: VIDEO

Jonathan Knight may no longer have an HGTV show, but he’s still part of the family offscreen. The singer and home renovator’s series, “Farmhouse Fixer,” was one of several shows canceled by the network in the summer of 2025.

On November 15, Bryan and Sarah Baeumler, “Sin City Rehab” star Alison Victoria, “Rock the Block” host Ty Pennington, Tania Nayak, and Scott McGillivray gathered in Las Vegas to see Knight perform with his iconic boy band, New Kids on the Block.

Witnesses Say HGTV Stars Were Having So Much Fun Cheering on Jonathan Knight

Several of the HGTV stars in attendance have posted photos and videos from their epic night, including Bryan, who wrote, “What a show!!! Amazing night with great friends @nkotb in Vegas Baby!”

Fans who were at the show were touched to see the stars out to support Knight. One responded in the comments of Bryan’s post, “My friends and I were the row right behind you guys, and loved seeing how much fun you were having! (And trying not to photobomb all of your videos and pics)”

Another wrote, “The show was amazing and seeing you there made it a MILLION TIMES BETTER! 🌟”

HGTV Stars Connected With Jordan & Jonathan Knight Backstage

McGillivray posted a backstage video taken before the show, greeting Jordan Knight — who competed with his brother on Rock the Block in 2024 — and wishing Jonathan “good luck,” telling him they’d “come back after.”

Bryan could also be seen hugging Jonathan in the background. When he caught up with McGillivray, his “Renovation Resort Showdown” co-star, he said he’s a “huge” fan but joked that the two of them were the “Old Kids on the Block.”

NKOTB member Donnie Wahlberg commented, “damn! i’m your biggest fan in the band and I missed you! 🥺❤️”

Nayak, who will compete against McGillivray in the seventh season of Rock the Block, chimed in, “Best freaking night!!!”

HGTV Stars Have Cheered On Jonathan Knight at His Concerts Before

This isn’t the first time HGTV stars have cheered on Jonathan and NKOTB. In July 2024, one of the boy band’s concerts in Florida was attended by Nayak, Victoria, the Baeumlers, and Mika and Brian Kleinschmidt of “100 Day Dream Home.”

Brian captioned a photo of the group he shared, “Our voices are gone, our ears are still ringing and our feet hurt but it was so worth it.”

Nayak also posted a video of their night with NKOTB and wrote, “It was a teenage dream come true. The best part (besides ALL of it) was spending time with our very own @hgtv fam!”

Weeks before, “Fixer to Fabulous” stars Dave and Jenny Marrs caught up backstage with Jonathan and his husband, Harley Rodriguez, when NKOTB was performing in Arkansas, miles away from their home. Jonathan even stopped at their Bentonville store for a little shopping while he was in town.

“It’s always an absolute blast cheering our friend @jonathanrknight on during a show,” Jenny captioned her post from backstage, “and we loved doing so right here in NW Arkansas last night! We laughed, we danced, we sang until we lost our voices and we ignored the heat because it was just so much FUN. 👏”

Jonathan Knight Has Focused on Performing Since HGTV Show’s Cancellation

In late June 2025, when Knight revealed in a social media post that HGTV decided not to renew “Farmhouse Fixer” for a fourth season, writing, “I am sad to say HGTV has decided not to move forward with another season. While I’m still processing the reasons that led to their decision, Kristina and I are so grateful for all your support over the past 3 seasons. Television has been so incredibly fun for us. We are so proud of what we created together and look forward to sharing what’s next for us.”

At the time of his post, he was already in the throes of NKOTB’s new “The Right Stuff” residency at the Dolby Live at Park MGM. The concert his HGTV friends attended on November 15 was the last 2025 show, but the group is due back for a third run in February 2026.

  1. I gave up my HGTV cable subscription and my HGTV magazine subscription because every one of the shows they cancelled was DEI. HGTY had an unusual show that can’t be found anywhere else in the Farmhouse Fixer. They restored history and they told about the history of the farmhouses.
When Jonathan does another show then I will watch him until then HGTV can get new subscribers.

  2. I want Farmhouse Fixer & Farmhouse Fixer Camp Revamp to come back on TV here in Toronto on the Home Network as repeats so that I can tape & watch it on my PVR all the time. Okay? Thanks. I want all 3 seasons & episodes to come back okay? Thanks. Plus, please tell Jon Knight I love him with all of my heart & soul. Okay? Thanks again. Merry Christmas.
