Sydney Sweeney has been spotted with her boyfriend, Scooter Braun, at the Venice Film Festival in Italy. While they both look glamorous, it seems not everything is as it seems. This comes at a time when a body language expert isn’t convinced about their relationship.
“Euphoria” star Sweeney, 28, and the music mogul, Braun, 45, seems to be going strong after one year of dating. This is as the couple enjoys a romantic getaway in Venice, Italy, where they first met.
While in the city, Sydney and Scooter enjoyed an iconic gondola ride while exploring the city during the Venice Film Festival. Sweeney looks glamorous alongside her handsome man. The “Euphoria” star was spotted wearing a stunning sparkly grey gown, while Scooter was spotted in a black tuxedo alongside his beau.
According to a body language expert, Judi James, “Scooter and Sydney’s body language performance here suggests a lack of the kind of Hollywood rehearsed coordination and synchronicity of movement that you normally get with any celebrity ‘Power’ couple.”
“It’s so obvious that Sydney is in glossy high-performance mode here, with her wide, camera-friendly smile twinning well with her glamorous, figure-hugging dress,” James added.

GettyIn her chat with Irishstar, Judi continued, saying, “Where she dips, though, is as she appears to be speaking an aside to Scooter, possibly urging him to smile,” she said, adding, “This eye-checking of him and the word or words she seems to be egging him on with makes her own smile appear less than congruent, suggesting she’s concerned for him at the same time as beaming for the cameras.”
“Scooter looks rather uneasy or awkward here, stuffing one hand in a pocket in a gesture that can suggest a desire to hide. Their fingers are meshed in the clasp, showing togetherness, but he only really manages to smile when he steps back alone, and she walks forward to pose.”
In conclusion, James said, “The suggestion is that he is less comfortable or enamored with the spotlight and attention than she is, despite wanting to register the fact that he is very much coupled up with the actress.”
It has now been over a year since Sydney split her relationship with her fiancé, Jonathan Davino, after seven years together. Meanwhile, Scooter also faced a breakup with his ex-wife, Yael Cohen in 2021, with whom he shares three children. Following their relationship from 2014 to 2021, the exes were still “friends.”
