“Teen Mom OG” star Catelynn Baltierra’s little brother, Nicholas Radtke, is expecting his first child with girlfriend Emma Smith.
‘Teen Mom’ Star Expecting First Child
Radtke, 19, shared the exciting news of his girlfriend’s pregnancy via Instagram on Thursday, December 25.
“Welp, Santa has brought me the greatest gift I’ve ever received. I’m having a baby yall,” he captioned a post alongside the couple’s Christmas card.
“We’re about to become a family of three! So happy to share that we’re expecting!” the card read over photos of the couple posing with an infant onesie. “Baby Radtke coming soon!”
Radtke and Smith have seemingly been dating for more than a year as she first appeared on his Instagram in November 2024.
“You’re the best person to ever exist, and the greatest person to enter my life,” he captioned the post.
She has become a fixture of his social media in the months since.
“Going into 2025 with the person i fell in love with in ‘24,” he shared just after New Year’s Day.
The happy couple’s first child is due in May 2026.
Congratulations Pour In for the Soon-to-Be Parents
Fans and friends flooded the comments section of the couple’s announcement with well-wishes and congratulations.
“Congratulations!! you’re going to be the best parents. I’m so happy for yall,” “Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant” alum Rachel Beaver commented.
“NICK?? LITTLE THREE YEAR OLD NICK? aint no way 😭 congrats!” one fan commented.
Radtke first appeared on MTV as a toddler when his sister and now-brother-in-law were pregnant with their first child during season 1 of “16 & Pregnant.”
Catelynn and husband Tyler Baltierra were both noticeably absent from the comment section. The siblings have been through a lot of drama in recent years.
The mother of four—who shares daughters Novalee, Vaeda and Rya, as well as Carly whom they placed for adoption with her husband—accused Radtke of “[using her] name for clout.”
The “Teen Mom” star’s comments were in response to her brother’s claims that Baltierra made derogatory remarks about his wife’s weight.
“I’m putting this out here because my brother is continuiously [sic] just trying to build this ‘fan base’ that’s based off of lies!” she wrote via Instagram in August 2023. “The ONLY person that has ever called me fat has been YOU!”
Radtke seemingly reacted with a January Instagram post. “You know it’s bad when people on the internet feel more like siblings then [sic] your actual siblings,” he captioned a January 2025 video with Coldplay’s “Sparks” playing.
