GettyBunnie XO appeared on the September 3 episode of Jenna Bush Hager’s “Open Book” podcast. While on, the 46-year-old opened up about her divorce from Jelly Roll, revealing that she went through some dark times amid the legal separation. This includes that she “wasn’t eating” for a time.
According to her, “There was moments when my team had to pick me up off the floor and give me IVs. I was eating baby food to get by. I lost 20 pounds.” After that, she lamented, “Heartbreak, man, it’s the best freaking diet.”
From there, she discussed what she hopes to glean from this heartbreaking experience: to come out on the other side a stronger person. XO said, “That’s all you can do. When life hands you lemons, make freaking lemonade.”
Still, she doesn’t want to give off the perception that she’s “out here acting like nothing doesn’t hurt.” She added, “Yeah, it hurt. And I talked about it, and I let viewers in, and I let them know on my podcast.”
The Divorce Was Finalized in July

Around that time, moving trucks were seen at their Tennessee home, meaning they wasted no time going their separate ways. Insiders told the outlet that the divorce was a mutual decision.
Later, in July 2026, TMZ obtained court documents showing that the two had finalized the divorce. However, the exact details of the settlement were unknown. Still, the outlet learned that Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO planned to split various cars, homes, intellectual property, and an aircraft.
He will also pay a confidential lump-sum amount to his now ex-wife per the divorce agreement. This all comes after the former couple wed in 2016.
Bunnie Previously Revealed Why She Deleted Her Divorce Podcast Episode

She began, “I really thought out what I was gonna say to you guys about this because, one, I have built my platform on always being honest with you guys and always being upfront.
And it’s kind of backfired on me because I do always feel like I owe you guys the truth of things even when, to me, they’re obvious. But for some reason, people always want to try to make things into a negative thing. And it’s really crazy.”
Regarding deleting the episode, she explained, “I took it down because I realized I just don’t want one of the hardest moments of my life to become a permanent headline. I don’t want to live in that, you know? I believe in being transparent with you guys, and that’s never, ever, ever going to change.”
The podcast host added, “But I also believe that people deserve the space to heal, to evolve, and to move forward.”
