If you’ve been paying any attention to any entertainment news recently, you’ll know beloved ’90s Nickelodeon star Amanda Bynes has taken a Lohan-like nosedive. Quite literally—she has been reported to spend most of her time partying and doing drugs.
Now you can add walking around NYC with a joint into the mix. Bynes has been photographed smoking … something. The Huffington Post hypothesized that Bynes is actually smoking a joint in broad daylight in the streets of New York City.
