When Brad Paisley announced in the middle of the 2016 CMA Awards that Beyonce would be performing tonight, it almost seemed like a joke. But, apparently, it’s not a joke. Again Paisley commanded the attention of the room, saying Beyonce would indeed be taking the stage.
Decked out in head-to-toe shimmer, Beyonce wore a low-cut, sheer outfit and was surrounded by the Dixie Chicks, singing Beyonce’s song “Daddy Lessons.”
This is not the first time that Beyonce has surprised audiences with a performance at an awards show. And, who could forget when she shocked viewers with her pregnant belly on stage, announcing she was expecting her first child (Blue Ivy) with husband Jay-Z.
