Heather Graham is looking and feeling fabulous at 55 years old! She made that clear when she took to Instagram on Thursday, January 15, to share a photo of herself posing while standing in stunning blue water with rolling hills, a gorgeous sky and boats in the distance behind her. She also happened to be wearing a bold blue bikini.
In the caption of her post, Graham added a message that celebrated the new year — even if it was a little belated.
“Happy New Year! I’m grateful for all the love and friends and adventures in 2025,” she wrote. “Wishing you all a happy new year and I hope your new year is filled with lots of love and adventures.💕❤️💋💃🎉 “
She also acknowledged the fact that her post was a little late, adding, “A bit of a #LaterGraham I know 😊”

Heather Reveals How to Be ‘Hot’ as You Get Older
GettyWhile talking to Retreat Magazine in June 2025 — and posing poolside at The Maybourne Beverly Hills for the accompanying photoshoot — Graham stated, “[W]hat matters most is how you feel inside.”
“Decide that you’re hot and enjoy your life. What other people think of you is none of your business,” the actress explained. “If you feel good about yourself, no one can take that away from you. Pursue the things that fill you with joy, and surround yourself with loving people.”
She also shared some personal habits that help her as she gets older, saying that she gets plenty of sleep, eats healthy, does her best to cook for herself (and others) and doesn’t drink or do drugs.
“Also, I do affirmations,” she noted. “I think they are very powerful. I work on strengthening my inner loving parent muscle, so I can be supportive and loving to myself.”
Beyond that, she said, “One of my affirmations is: ‘This is the best time of my life.'”
