Metallica was on The Colbert Report last night and played some serious tune-age. Ok, if you can’t tell, I am not a fan and don’t really know how to describe this performance, but to me, it sounds great. Now, I don’t mean to say I don’t like Metallica, I’m just not that familiar with their body of work. I’m guessing this is going to be the equivalent of saying your favorite Led Zeppelin song is “Stairway to Heaven,” but I think Master of Puppets is an awesome track. Ok, still with me? Probably not.
