UPDATE on Tommy Lee Jones’ Daughter 3 Months Before Her Passing: Report

Victoria Jones, daughter of Tommy Lee Jones, was suspected to be pregnant three months before she died on the night leading into New Year’s Day, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly.

“Counsel is informed and does believe that Ms. Jones is pregnant,” claimed the official documents, which were dated on October 1, 2025.

The filings were with Santa Cruz County in relation to her public intoxication arrest in May 2025. Victoria was facing misdemeanor charges following the arrest. According to court documents, she pleaded not guilty.

The documents also reveal her legal team’s willingness for “possible acceptance of diversion terms,” which would have possibly led her to evade a criminal conviction as long as she followed a strict rehabilitation program. The terms would have included programs such as targeted treatment, employment, and or court supervision to ensure she did not backtrack,” according to the San Francisco District Attorney’s website.

Victoria’s arrest was still in the process of reaching an outcome at the time of her death. TMZ reported that she had a pretrial conference scheduled for January 27. It is unknown if she was pregnant at the time of her death, when she was found unresponsive at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco.

Victoria was reportedly married to Navek Cejas before she tragically passed away. Although they lived a private life away from the media, it was reported by Page Six that she was facing a misdemeanor domestic battery charge for an incident with Cejas in June 2025, when she allegedly slapped him.

Despite Ceja not having an online presence, his family owns a winery in Napa and Sonoma called Ceja Vineyards. Their first-generation winery was established in 1999, according to its official website.

While Victoria managed her life outside of her father’s Hollywood shadow, he did make legal attempts to protect her from going down the wrong path. Court documents obtained by People revealed that the “Men in Black” actor filed a “Petition for Appointment of Temporary Conservator of the Person” in August 2023, seeking to establish a conservatorship over his daughter.

Docket entries from Marin County Superior Court revealed that it only took several days for the Oscar award winner to be granted a temporary conservatorship over Victoria, which would give permissible control over her personal care for as long as the court determined. Additional docket entries revealed that the conservatorship was later extended on a short-term basis.
