Kim Zolciak is moving on from her ex-husband Kroy Biermann with a new man, and things appear to be getting quite cozy, judging from a new TMZ report. The outlet revealed on October 19, 2025 that the 47-year-old “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum was seen leaving the house of Kyle Mowitz in Georgia.
The mom of six kept it casual in black cargo pants, a fitted crop top, and sneakers. She also rocked a pair of black-rimmed glasses.
Kyle Mowitz is Kim Zolciak’s First Serious Partner Since Her Divorce
Kyle Mowitz is the first person to whom Kim Zolciak has been linked in a serious relationship since her divorce from former Atlanta Falcons defensive end Kroy Biermann. Zolciak and Biermann tied the knot in 2011, and Biermann filed for divorce in 2023. They share four biological children, as well as Kim’s daughters Ariana and Brielle, whom Biermann adopted in 2013.
TMZ says things between Zolciak and Mowitz started heating up over the spring, and he has met some of her kids. Like Zolciak, Mowitz is in the midst of a divorce. An October 15 TMZ report reveals his estranged wife, Jillian Green, filed a subpoena demanding that Zolciak appear for a deposition in the divorce case. The report notes the “Tardy for the Party” singer didn’t start seeing Mowitz until after he had filed for divorce.
Kim Zolciak Gave a Divorce Update in August
During an August 2025 appearance on “Watch What Happens Live,” Zolciak gave an update on how her divorce is going, but first she explained to Andy in a one-sentence answer why the pair decided to split. “The rug was pulled out from underneath me,” she cryptically revealed.
As to the current state of the divorce, she said it’s “still in process. I would definitely prefer to communicate more regarding the children, but it’s just not there right now.”
As to her living situation, she happily shared, “I just moved into a brand new home that I love back at the end of February. It’s great. It’s perfect.” People says the exes sold their Alpharetta mansion for $2.75 million the same month, a huge price cut from the original $6 million for which they listed it two years prior.
Although she declined to name Mowitz in the interview, she did give some insight on their relationship, declaring, “He’s just great. You know, I sat in the house and just worked and tried to take care of everything for 20 months. And then I met somebody great.” She said they were introduced through a friend.
