Todd Tucker is saying a heavenly goodbye to another loved one four months after the death of his close friend Ramon. In a March 3 Instagram post, the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star and ex-husband of Kandi Burruss shared a mournful tribute to food blogger and former Atlanta restaurant owner Grace Lee on April 4. She passed away from stage 4 cholangiocarcinoma, and a memorial was held April 3.
The newly divorced dad of two wrote, “Until we meet again my friend. May you rest well. I know you’re turnt on your Birthday. I’m happy to say I know you! God Bless may you rest in peace.”
Lee, known for founding the now-defunct restaurant review site “Atlanta G Spots,” was profiled by Voyage ATL in 2025. Speaking about her beginnings in food, she said, “I started my first business in Atlanta, 13 years ago, right in the heart of midtown. It was a small restaurant right by Piedmont park on 5th & Durant. I had a crazy idea to open a Cuban Pan Latin restaurant with zero experience. The city embraced me and was so kind to support me as a young entrepreneur (before Yelp!) and I loved every moment of the journey. A year later, I opened CRU on Glen Iris in midtown before they broke ground on Ponce City Market.”
Lee then moved on to private investing, and moved to New York where she got into venture capital. She described herself as working at “the intersection of sports, entertainment, finance, & startups.”
Along the way, Lee made a lot of celebrity friends. Her Instagram is littered with photos in which she’s happily posing with famous faces including Chris Rock, Ciara and Russell Wilson, and Common, among others.
Todd Lost Another Friend In December
In December 2025 Instagram post honoring his late mom Sharon, Todd told his mother, “My boy @ramon_1k died yesterday, tell ’em I said what’s up. I have a lot of unfinished business down here but I look to the day I’ll see you again. And if you see God tell him I’m doing my best and I have faith in this journey he has me on cause I know I’m destined for greatness! Love you!” He closed out the post by calling himself “the best son in the world.”
Questlove Also Mourned Grace Lee in a Post
Music producer Questlove wrote an emotional tribute to Grace Lee that read, “Wishing a peaceful journey to our fallen comrade Grace Lee: the most bucket list crossin’-dream fulfilling-life to the fullest-seize-the dayingest-one time Nathan’s Hot Dog champion (yeah we didn’t believe it either) random field trip organizing sports viewing infinite superlative of awesomeness of a human being.
