“Saturday Night Live” star Chloe Fineman shared her thoughts about the brutal reality of botched cosmetic procedures.
Fineman, 37, took to Instagram on Sunday, January 4, opening up about her experience and sharing throwback photos that reveal the aftermath of such procedures.
One photo showed Fineman with a visibly swollen face and lips, while another captured her with red, scaly skin. Another showed the TV star with bruises and other injuries from the botched procedures.
“Can we normalize having a ‘Botched’ iPhone photo album?” Fineman joked in the caption.

In the same post, Fineman elaborated on her experience with a lighthearted narration.
“Every year, hundreds of women will say theyโre going on a trip or visiting family in Connecticut,” Fineman voiced over the clip. “But really, theyโll be going ham at a med spa doing crazy [expletive] like laser stuff, salmon [expletive], sculptra plaster or whatever the hell this was.”
She continued, “These women will hide themselves away in caves like bears while taking hundreds of selfies like this they’ll send to friends and family who will lie and say, ‘It’s not that bad.’ This year, I pledge to stop the cycle. Just kidding, I’m going Friday.”
Celebrities & Fans React
Celebrities and fans alike took to the comment section to share their thoughts about Fineman’s somewhat relatable post.
Lindsay Lohan and Chris Pratt both replied with laughing emojis, while model-actress Keleigh Teller wrote, “This is a work of art.”
Keke Palmer commented, “You always looked good but I do feel you became like 17 real quick. Dm me the deets.”
Socialite Nicky Rothschild chimed in, “So good,” along with a laughing cat emoji.
Meanwhile, a fan pointed out, “Chloe is beautiful regardless of the tweakments, yet I know Iโm not the only one who is disappointed that itโs become so normalized or even celebrated to doggedly alter your face.”
Another commented, “Have both sent and received ‘it’s not that bad’ infinite times.”
Someone added, “Thereโs nothing better than this album. Letโs pledge to normalize this k? Bye.”
This isn’t the first time Fineman has opened up about her love of all things beauty. In April, she showed off her abundant skincare collection, humorously calling for a “skintervention.”
“This hoarding of goos. Like, what am I, a witch? Casting little spells with all these, like, potions?” she joked at the time. “It’s crazy. I have, like, seven face oils. I don’t know which one.”
