Wedding bells are in the air for Tyler Cameron after getting engaged to longtime girlfriend Tate Madden. However, when the day comes, a familiar face from his “Bachelorette” past will apparently not be among the guests.
Cameron recently addressed whether former Bachelorette Hannah Brown would receive an invite to his coming nuptials. Although he quickly ruled it out, his explanation suggested there is no malice behind the decision.
This revelation comes years after Cameron became a Bachelor Nation favorite while competing for Brown’s heart. Both reality stars have since moved on, with Brown celebrating her anniversary shortly before Cameron announced his engagement.
Tyler Cameron Says Hannah Brown Will Not Get A Wedding Invite
Cameron discussed his future wedding while speaking with TMZ recently, just days after his engagement to Madden. When asked directly whether Brown would make the guest list, he made it clear that wouldn’t happen.
“Nah, she’s living a good life now,” he said. He then confirmed that she wouldn’t be invited, explaining that the decision came “out of respect.”
The Bachelor Nation star did not elaborate further on exactly what he meant. However, both he and Brown have built serious relationships since their time together on “The Bachelorette.” Brown married Adam Woolard in 2025, while Cameron has spent the past several years building his relationship with Madden.
The newly engaged reality star also appears to have plenty of other wedding details left to decide. Cameron joked that he still needs to discuss with Madden how many people he will be allowed to invite. He also suggested that he does not have a best man yet; however, he promised that the celebration would be “a lot of fun.”
Hannah Brown And Tyler Cameron Nearly Rekindled Their Romance Once
Cameron appeared on Brown’s season of “The Bachelorette” in 2019, and quickly emerged as one of the most popular contestants. Eventually, he reached the final two, lost to Jed Wyatt after Brown accepted his proposal. She later ended that engagement, creating questions regarding whether she and Cameron could give their connection another go.
During the live season finale, Brown asked Cameron if he would be willing to get a drink with her. He agreed, and the pair later spent time together off camera. Still, their relationship never developed into a lasting romance.
In 2020, they crossed paths again while Cameron was going through a difficult period in his personal life. Despite sustained speculation surrounding them, the pair never became a couple.
Ultimately, Brown found love away from Bachelor Nation. She publicly confirmed her relationship with Woolard in 2021 after they connected through a dating app. They announced their engagement in August 2023 and tied the knot two years later.
The couple recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary, further marking how far Brown’s life has moved beyond her televised romance.
Tyler Cameron And Tate Madden Got Engaged During A Romantic Getaway
Cameron announced his engagement to Madden on August 15. The reality star proposed to his longtime girlfriend at Little Palm Island in the Florida Keys.
The couple shared photos from the beach proposal in a joint Instagram post, including a shot of Cameron down on one knee. He jokingly captioned the announcement, “Better late than never, they say.”
Cameron met Madden in 2022 while working on his home renovation series, “Going Home with Tyler Cameron.” She worked as a photographer on the project, and their friendship eventually turned romantic. They publicly confirmed their relationship in September 2024.
