If you’ve watched the first two seasons of Meghan Markle‘s Netflix series, “With Love, Meghan,” then you might be wondering if you can look forward to new episodes anytime soon.
Well, you’re not alone! Others are wondering as well, which is why the Duchess of Sussex was asked about the future of the show while attending Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit in Washington on Tuesday, October 14, according to People.
Meghan Addressed the $100 Million Deal with Netflix

“Prince Harry, 41, and Meghan, 44, had a reported $100 deal with Netflix before extending the creative partnership through Archewell Productions with a multi-year, first-look deal for film and television projects earlier this year,” per People.
“My husband and I were in an overall deal with Netflix then, not dissimilar to Higher Ground and the Obamas’ deal, once that had come to its term, the extension of it — which was such an incredible sign of the strength of our partnership — was now being in a first-look deal,” Meghan explained to the crowd in attendance.
She continued by saying, “Which is also exciting because it gives us flexibility to go to our partners first, then at the same time, shop content that might not be the right fit for Netflix but has a home somewhere else.”
Meghan’s Holiday Special Comes Out Soon
GettyAlthough Meghan didn’t state whether or not her Netflix series would be getting a third season, she did note that more episodes will be coming up. They’ll also have a festive theme.
“Well, the holiday special is coming out in November,” Meghan said during the October 14 event. “It’s a really good one.”
“So I think looking at that format — again, it’s a year of learns — so we’re able to say, ‘Eight episodes for two seasons — it’s a lot of work,” she continued. “And having done Suits for seven years, I remember what goes into a production.”
“I also recognize how much people want content in different sizes,” she said. “Part of what we’re testing out now is, it’s amazing to sit and watch a show for 30 minutes, but how can I give you a recipe in two minutes? And where can I share that with you? And how that continues to grow As ever.”
