Time to Deliver

We are here for Knockouts Night 3. Time to see these artists battle it out tonight, so here we go. The Mic Drop is up tonight, so who will get it tonight?

Team Reba – Ryan Mitchell vs. Conrad Khalil

We have Team Reba to start the night. It will be Ryan Mitchell versus Conrad Khalil. Ryan is the Carson Callback from this year. For his performance, Conrad will be performing “Closer” by Ne-Yo. Ryan is singing “Zombie” by The Cranberries. Joe Walsh said there is a really good message in the song. Reba said they are both great singers, and this is going to be a tight battle.

Ryan Mitchell – Ryan is up first. I love how this one started. It seemed like he put his own twist on it, and I was enjoying it. He hit some bigger notes along the way, and he definitely had the coaches enjoying it. Ryan has a strong rocker voice/sound to him.

Conrad Khalil – Conrad is up next, and he has such a strong stage presence. This was a great song choice for him, as I think it fits his tone very nicely. He is a strong singer, and I am impressed with this one. Both are good singers, but I am picking Conrad on this one.

Coaches’ Feedback: Michael said Ryan has come back and exceeded everyone’s expectations. They were both fabulous, but he would lean towards Ryan. Snoop said Ryan had a five-star performance, and Conrad showed his voice control. Niall said Ryan has shown growth, and Conrad showed that 90s vibe. Reba said Conrad was very focused and did a great job, and Ryan chose a great song and connected to it.

Results: Reba picks Ryan Mitchell as the winner of this Knockout.

Team Buble – Marty O’Reilly vs. Rob Cole

Michael said Marty has one of his favorite voices this season. He then said Rob is a frontrunner this season. Marty is performing “The Letter” by Joe Cocker. He said he is on the road a lot, so this song resonates with him for his wife. Rob is singing “Wondering Why” by The Red Clay Strays. He is dedicating this song to his wife, who he says is the reason why he is here.

Rob Cole – I mean, this song means something to him, and he sounds so good on it. He sits at the keyboard for this performance, and he seems so comfortable on that stage. He gets up from the keyboard and just lets loose. A very strong performance for Team Buble on “The Voice” tonight.

Marty O’Reilly – Up next is Marty, and he has such a good sound to his voice. He gets that low range, but he has that rocker sound to it. While Marty is good and hits some big notes, he seems to have to work very hard to hit those notes. For Rob, it just seemed so natural and easy.

Coaches’ Feedback: Snoop said Marty could win “The Voice,” and Rob was a superstar when he stood up. Niall said Rob told the story so well, and Marty is captivating to watch. Reba said great job to both of them. Michael said each one of them executed perfectly, and both of them are too good not to go on.

Results – The winner of this Knockout is Rob Cole, which shocks me! I thought they were going with Marty, but I agree with this one.

Quick Results for Team Buble on ‘The Voice’

This was a quick view, as we had Trinity singing “I’m Your Baby Tonight” by Whitney Houston. Her voice is so strong and definitely channeling Whitney for that performance. We didn’t get to see Jack Austin’s performance, but Michael picked Trinity as the winner, and Jack was sent home.

Team Niall – Dek of Hearts vs. Kayleigh Clark

Niall said Dek of Hearts can harmonize so well, and Kayleigh is a powerful country singer. For this performance, Kayleigh is singing “Blue” by LeAnn Rimes. She is excited to yodel in this performance. For Dek of Hearts, they are singing “What If I Never Get Over You” by Lady A. This is the first song they sang together as a trio. Niall said this is a good song to see a softer side of the group.

Dek of Hearts – They are a trio, but wow, can they harmonize on those notes and sound as one singer. They are a great country trio, and I think America would love to vote for them. She has such a strong voice and hits some big notes along the way to help her stand out among the fellas.

Kayleigh Clark – She definitely has a very strong country voice. This song is very good for her voice, and she sounds very solid on it. It was a good performance, but Dek of Hearts stood out to me.

Coaches’ Feedback – Reba said LeAnn would be proud of Kayleigh, and Dek of Hearts is so good. Snoop said Dek of Hearts is magic, and Kayleigh’s got all of that. Niall said this is what happens when two four-chair turns compete in a Knockout.

Results – The winner of this Knockout is Dek of Hearts, which means Kayleigh has been eliminated.

Mic Drop Moment

After their results, we see Niall Horan hit the Mic Drop button for Dek of Hearts. They will now be part of the group that America votes on to perform at the Rose Bowl Parade!
