On November 17, 2025, reports emerged that Porsha Williams had exited a flight accompanied by police after her Delta flight landed in Atlanta. The flight happened after Porsha’s appearance at BravoCon in Las Vegas, per People. The outlet says Delta confirmed two passengers were involved in an incident onboard.
Now, video of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, who returned to the series for season 16 after a two-year absence, has surfaced of her sharing her side of what really went down, and it turns out she says she was standing up for herself after being confronted by a pushy seatmate. Porsha Williams Responds to Delta Flight Incident
TMZ obtained bodycam video of Porsha speaking to police about what happened on the Delta flight. She revealed, “The lady was sitting next to me. I was on my phone, and the volume was up on the phone.” Porsha says the lady then asked her, “So you’re gonna make me listen to that the whole flight?” To which Porsha replied, “Do you want to?” The woman told her, “No.” Porsha says this exchange took place before the flight ever left the ground in Las Vegas.
Porsha says she then told her seatmate, “There was a nicer way to say that,” before the passenger replied by calling her a nasty name. Porsha explained that she was taken aback by the woman’s comments.
While Porsha was speaking to the police, a traveler approached her to ask, “Are you okay!?” Porsha smiled before responding, “I’m okay, I’m just telling him what happened.”
The 44-year-old continued her story, “She said ‘Who do you think you are?’ And so I said, ‘Y’all need to get her out of here. Please get her away from me.'”
Porsha said the passenger also tried recording her, before dropping her own phone, and then accused Porsha of hitting her. Porsha says airline staff instructed the woman to move away to a different seat, but the passenger “was irate, because she didn’t want to move.” The mom of one added, “They had to pull her.”
Body Cam Reveals Passengers Defended Porsha
A November 19 People report says the bodycam footage from the aftermath of the flight reveals passengers rushed to Porsha’s defense. “The woman got in your face and gave you the middle finger, and was doing things that were completely chaotic to you,” one was heard telling the reality star.
The outlet says Porsha’s attorney told them the day after it all went down that “the exit was because she was “verbally assaulted by an irate and unhinged passenger without provocation.”
Porsha doesn’t seem to be letting the scuffle get her down. On November 19, she used the Michael Bublé song “Feeling Good” as the background music for an Instagram Story she posted to promote her GoNaked hair line, which she thanked her “Real Housewives of Atlanta” costar Cynthia Bailey for rocking.
