“Sullivan’s Crossing” Season 4 will feature two Hallmark hunks fighting for the same woman. Chad Michael Murray plays Cal on the show, while Marcus Rosner portrays the new character Liam in the series. Liam is Maggie’s (Morgan Kohan) husband, and his arrival shakes things up on the hit drama.

Season 4 of “Sullivan’s Crossing” premieres on The CW on Monday, April 20. The official The CW Instagram account has dropped a very brief but impactful sneak peek for the show.

In the teaser, Liam is at Rob’s (Reid Price) new restaurant at The Crossing, having a cup of coffee. Cal is there too, talking to Rob. Liam attempts to break the ice by asking Cal if he wants to join him.

Cal does not hide the fact that he’s annoyed with Liam at all. Rob sarcastically jokes, “Wow, that guy is unbelievable,” as he walks away laughing at his friend.

The clip sets the stage for the Season 4 drama that is coming up between Liam and Cal over Maggie. Another preview revealed that Maggie’s life is turned upside down due to Liam’s unexpected arrival and Sully (Scott Patterson) leaving The Crossing.

Maggie and Cal’s future is certainly up in the air as she has to explain that she has a husband she never told Cal about. Adding more struggle to their relationship is Maggie realizing she’s not as over Liam as she wants to believe.

There may be tension between Liam and Cal, but off-screen, Murray had nothing but love for his new co-star. The “One Tree Hill” alum and Kohan gushed over having Rosner in the mix, teasing that fans are in for one fun ride on “Sullivan’s Crossing” Season 4.

Chad Michael Murray Teases New Season of ‘Sullivan’s Crossing’

In a promo for the show, Murray revealed what fans can expect from the new season without giving away any spoilers.

“A lot of awesomeness, a lot of relationships, a lot of love, a lot of heartbreak and some much needed healing and we need answers, we need truth, we it need it all, bring it,” he declared.

Murray knows how to do a good tease while literally not sharing any information. It’s no secret that “Sullivan’s Crossing” will look different this season without OG cast member Scott Patterson.

The latter opted not to return, alluding to behind-the-scenes drama leading to his decision. Since Sully was leaving for a trip with Helen (Kate Vernon) in the Season 3 finale, his absence is easily explained.
