One of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s” most iconic families is starting the new year with exciting news. On Jan. 15, Gia Giudice, daughter of Teresa and Joe Giudice, announced via Instagram that her family is finally bringing a longtime dream to life, with a restaurant officially in the works in their New Jersey hometown.
Gia shared several photos of the space, giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at the building being completely gutted and renovated. In her caption, she touchingly shared, “This has been a dream of my family’s for so long.”
Gia Giudice Announces Family Restaurant in New Jersey
The Giudices are cooking up something big! On Jan. 15, Gia Giudice, fresh off a standout year starring on Bravo’s “Next Gen NYC,” winning “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test,” and signing with powerhouse agency CAA, shared that her family is turning their dream into reality by opening up a restaurant.
Gia shared numerous photos of a restaurant space in Westwood, New Jersey, being completely renovated. Her caption began, “GUYS… I can FINALLY talk about this!!! 🥂✨ This has been a dream of my family’s for so long, and I’m beyond excited to officially step into this next chapter 🤍.”
Gia went on to share that this latest venture will “honor my moms legacy of cooking, family, and bringing people together around the table 🤍.” As fans have watched on RHONJ, Teresa has written multiple New York Times best-selling cookbooks and is known for her passion for cooking.
In her post, Gia promised that the food would be “next level” and that the space itself would be “stunning.” Fans eager to experience the Giudices’ restaurant will have to wait until Spring 2026, but once it opens, reservations are sure to book up fast.
Teresa later shared her own post about her daughter’s newest project, offering a closer look at what she’ll personally bring to the restaurant. It also appears that the venture will be a collaboration between Gia and her friend and business partner, Maria. In her caption, she detailed that she would be consulting “on everything from the food to the vibe, the décor. 👀🔥.”
Giudice Is Gearing up for ‘Next Gen NYC’ Season 2

It’s shaping up to be an interesting season of Gia, who recently moved out of her mom’s Montville, New Jersey, mansion and into her own apartment in Jersey City overlooking the Manhattan skyline. In a sneak peek of the new season, Gia is seen FaceTiming Ariana Biermann and Brooks Marks as they plan sleepovers, though they can’t quite figure out which New York City river they’re across from.
Speaking on her mom’s “Turning the Tables” podcast, Gia reflected on the premiere season, sharing that she was “hesitant” to do the show since she didn’t know many of the cast members. Over time, however, they’ve grown into their own close-knit family, a journey fans will see unfold in the new season.
“You know, it was a different dynamic to walk into. Sometimes you have to be uncomfortable to get comfortable, and that’s kind of what happened,” she shared. “Now, season 2, I think, it’s just a lot easier because the introductions are done, everyone knows each other now and this season, I let the network and producers a lot more into my life.”
“They captured a lot of big, monumental life moments … now being on my own show, they are all up in my business,” she joked.
