Kyle Richards is once again at the center of headlines after being spotted with Morgan Wade in Tennessee, as new speculation swirls about her future on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
The sighting comes as rumors continue to circulate that Richards could step away from the Bravo series after 15 seasons.
Kyle Richards & Morgan Wade Spotted Together in Tennessee
A Nashville-based influencer claimed she saw Richards and Wade meeting up in Franklin, Tennessee, where Richards recently purchased a home.
In a March 26 TikTok, Music City Mom described the encounter in detail.
“So yesterday, I was having lunch outside on a patio [in] downtown Franklin… and all of a sudden, someone is walking up towards the patio… and I realize it’s Kyle Richards,” she said.
The influencer recalled greeting Richards, who was on the phone at the time. “I go, ‘Hi, I love you,’” she said. “Well, [Kyle] was on the phone, so she was like, ‘Oh, thanks.’”
Moments later, she noticed another familiar face.
“I look up like three minutes after Kyle walks by, and there’s another person walking towards the table, hiding their face in their hoodie… Morgan Wade,” she said. “I literally was like, ‘Oh my God, they’re meeting up.’”
She added that others in the area have also claimed to see Richards and Wade together recently.
Richards has also interacted with Wade on social media, commenting on a recent post. After Wade joked about doing “skincare” with her dog, Richards replied, “Chop has already moved on to stem cell replacement therapy.”
Richards Opened Up About Relationships ‘RHOBH’ Season 15
The renewed attention follows Richards’ opening up about a past relationship during season 15 of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
While speaking with Erika Jayne on the December 11 episode, Richards confirmed she had been in a relationship following her separation from Mauricio Umansky.
“I was in a relationship. I was in a very vulnerable place in my life and I fell hard for this person,” she said. “I’m in love with somebody, I want to share that… But that doesn’t mean the person I’m with feels the same way.”
Richards also acknowledged that public attention played a role in the end of the relationship.
“All of the speculation and the gossip and the talking was ultimately what ended” it, she explained.
Although she did not name Wade directly, the timeline and context led to widespread speculation.
Dorit Kemsley later addressed the situation during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”
“I think that’s it. That’s all she ever really had to say,” Kemsley said. “That’s it. All you ever had to say was that and nothing else would’ve followed.”
Zooey Deschanel also weighed in, noting how difficult it can be to navigate a relationship in the public eye.
“I could see how it could be difficult if you’re on a show for a long time and your life is very public and you get involved with somebody and they don’t want to be public,” Deschanel said.

The latest sighting also comes amid new rumors about Richards’ future on the series.
A tip circulating from Bravo & Cocktails claims Richards may be stepping away from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” ahead of season 16. According to the report, she reportedly informed producers during a “lengthy, emotional meeting.”
Sources suggest several factors may be influencing the decision. Richards’ youngest daughter, Portia Umansky, is preparing to graduate, and the reality star has expressed interest in spending more time away from Los Angeles.
There are also reported shifts in her relationships within the cast. While Richards remains close to Kathy Hilton and Erika Jayne, she is said to feel less connected to others.
Another key factor is her ongoing divorce from Umansky. According to the tip, Richards does not want to share details of the legal process on camera.
The RHOBH OG Has Teased Leaving the Series Already
Ahead of season 15, Richards openly discussed the possibility of eventually leaving the show.
“The dynamics between everybody has just changed so much,” she told People. “And we have a lot of new blood in the group, so I think the audience is going to be very excited this season.”
She also acknowledged the length of her run on the series.
“Listen, that day obviously will come,” she said. “It’s been a long time. Fifteen years. It really is.”
Richards added that she has considered leaving in the past.
“There have been different times… where I almost walked away,” she said. “But 15 years is a long time, and there’s things I want to do… Portia is going to college, so who knows.”
Richards has appeared on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” since its first season and remains one of the show’s longest-running cast members.

If Kyle throws her life on RHOB away for Wade she needs an evaluation, Wade comes across as incredibly selfish. Kyle left her hubby because she felt 2nd best, her life would be worse. Wade is a music artist, not the most stable people who generally behave like there world is most important. Which is another Mau with his career becoming most important. She should stay in LA, Aspen , where her children and family are . Tennessee, would become isolating.. Wade really would end up destroying Kyle’s inner peace that shes developed recently. My observations are she & Mau still love each other deeply. Being with a much younger woman concerns me, I hope if she goes in this direction she does not live to regret it.
