“Southern Charm” season 11 has featured friendship fallouts, emotional confrontations, and shifting dynamics among the Charleston cast. Now, the group is preparing to revisit it all during their reunion with host Andy Cohen.
The cast gathered on Wednesday, Feb. 4, to tape the reunion. Those in attendance included Venita Aspen, Salley Carson, Craig Conover, Austen Kroll, Charley Manley, Molly O’Connell, Rodrigo Reyes, Shep Rose, and Whitney Sudler-Smith.
Bravo later shared the official seating chart on Instagram.

According to Bravo’s post, Conover, Madison LeCroy, Aspen, Manley, and Reyes sat on one side of Cohen. On the opposite side were Kroll, Carson, O’Connell, Rose, and Sudler-Smith.
Ahead of the reunion taping, Manley spoke with The Daily Dish about preparing for her first-ever reunion.
“I’m really excited,” Manley said. “I wanted to feel like me. I like staple pieces, so I feel like it’s a mix between a staple piece, while also having a bit of a statement aspect to it. So really excited about it.”
She also previewed unresolved tension between Conover and Kroll.
“I mean, Craig and Austen are always gonna have stuff to talk about,” Manley said. “And there’s no telling if they’re gonna be in one of their ‘I love you so much’ moods or if they’re [going to be in a] ‘I hate you Craig, I hate you Austen’ mood.”
Shep Rose Weighs In On Craig Conover and Austen Kroll’s Friendship Rift
Rose later reflected on the fractured friendship during an appearance on NBC4 New York on Feb. 2, explaining why he still believes reconciliation is possible.
“I do [think they’ll eventually bury the hatchet],” Rose said. “It’s a net positive. Trust me. [But] unfortunately, they just don’t see eye to eye, and it’s funny because they both kind of say the same things about each other in certain instances.”
He added, “So I think it can be repaired, but you gotta be contrite in this world and apologetic, even maybe if you’re not sure what you did. It’s real, and I take pride in that in ‘Southern Charm.’ We are not acting. This is some deep-seated stuff.”
That tension surfaced during Kroll’s birthday dinner on a recent episode, when Kroll challenged Conover about his drinking and Conover criticized Kroll’s business progress. Kroll admitted, “Yes, I do (expletive) hate you,” a moment teased in the season 11 trailer.

Additional conflicts also unfold in upcoming episodes, according to the midseason trailer. Conover’s decision to friend-zone Carson while growing closer to Manley sparks backlash. Carson confronts Manley for not disclosing Craig’s invitation, while Manley responds, “I tried to set boundaries.”
In another exchange, Conover shouts, “(expletive) you, Salley,” as Rose reacts that Craig is “crazy.”
Conover also clashes with Aspen during a group dinner, telling her, “That was none of your business,” prompting Aspen to reply, “Get it all out on the table in front of everybody. Get. It. Out.”
Meanwhile, Kroll accuses Conover of avoiding accountability, saying, “You are a lost soul. You want to be anybody but yourself — and it’s obvious.”
New episodes of “Southern Charm” air Wednesday nights on Bravo.

Austin just has one thing going for him. He has nice parents and a nice sister. He needs to get his head out of his ass. Get new lines when screaming to Craig. Sounds very teenish.
