‘Southern Hospitality’ Season 4 First Look, New Cast, Premiere Date Revealed

“Southern Hospitality” is returning for season 4, and Bravo’s first trailer makes it clear that the Republic Garden and Lounge staff is heading into another high-stakes summer in Charleston.

The network dropped the new teaser on Thursday, January 22, previewing relationship chaos, workplace shake-ups, and cast feuds that look even more intense than past seasons.

Leva Bonaparte returns as the boss at Republic, with familiar faces like Joe Bradley, Maddi Reese, Bradley Carter, TJ Dinch, Michols Peña, Emmy Sharrett, and Lake Rucker back in the mix. Original cast members Mia Alario and Grace Lilly also return, along with season 3 addition Molly Moore.

Two new employees join the show as main cast members: Justin Assad and Bella Starcher.

Bravo’s official description teases another wild season: the series follows a close group of friends who live and work together in Charleston, where “there’s never a dull shift” at Republic and “rumors bubbling just beneath the surface keep the party going.”

‘Southern Hospitality’ Season 4 Trailer Teases Maddi Reese and Joe Bradley Relationship Problems

The season 4 trailer opens with Grace setting the tone in a single line.

“My reading on this season? Lovers,” Grace ominously warns.

Much of the footage centers on Maddi and Joe, whose relationship appears to reach a new stage. Joe tells the cameras he is thinking long-term.

“Maddi is it for me man, I’m starting to look at rings,” he says.

But the trailer quickly hints at tension behind the scenes. Maddi accuses Joe of lying and partying too much.

“I’m constantly checking your location and you’re not at Republic,” Maddi claims, telling Joe, “You’re out at the bar. You get drunk every (expletive) weekend.”

Joe denies what she’s saying and insists it’s not real.

“This is all in your head,” he responds.

As their romance unfolds, the teaser suggests it may not be the fairytale season Joe is hoping for.

‘Southern Hospitality’ Adds Justin Assad and Bella Starcher For Season 4

Two new names are joining the core group at Republic this season, and the trailer indicates at least one of them will make a major impact immediately.

Justin Assad enters the show as a new VIP host and draws attention from several cast members. Lake teases his arrival early in the trailer.

“Justin is a new host. He has some swag,” Lake says, as clips flash of Justin kissing multiple women.

Justin acknowledges his reputation in a confessional moment.

“Everyone’s saying I’m a (expletive)boy,” he says, before the trailer shows a quick shot of him doing a body shot off Mia’s torso.

Bella Starcher also joins the cast as a new VIP server. According to Bravo, Bella is a hospitality veteran who was brought into the group through her connection to Michols and “wastes no time finding her place among the staff.”

With two new hires stepping into the mix, the trailer suggests the Republic hierarchy may shift fast.

The New ‘Southern Hospitality’ Trailer Shows Joe Bradley Getting Challenged at Republic

Joe may be focused on Maddi, but the trailer suggests his role at Republic is also under pressure. Bravo’s cast description says Joe has been “living his best life” while traveling with Maddi for DJ gigs and putting his job on the back burner.

That creates conflict with Leva, who appears ready to reset expectations at the club. Joe makes a bold claim to Leva in one scene.

“I feel like I’ve been the face of your company. I’m hard to replace,” Joe tells her.

Leva shuts him down immediately.

“You have been replaced,” she fires back.

Lake adds another layer by questioning whether Justin is now the new star employee.

“Is it Just-y Bottles now instead of Joey Bottles?” she asks.

Justin responds with a confident grin.

“It might have to be, baby,” he says.

‘Southern Hospitality’ Brings Emmy Sharrett and Bradley Carter Drama Back to the Front

Season 4 also revisits lingering tension between Emmy and Bradley, who appear far from being on the same page. Bradley calls out Emmy repeatedly in the trailer, and the conflict looks emotional.

“I don’t believe a word that comes out of your mouth at this point. It just feels like (expletive) time and time again,” Bradley tells her.

During a group dinner, Bradley escalates again.

“You stabbed a knife in my back and you keep going deeper, and deeper and deeper, without trying to pull it out in the first place. And that (expletive) hurts,” he says.

Emmy appears overwhelmed during the confrontation, hyperventilating as she cries on camera.

Bravo’s cast descriptions suggest Emmy enters season 4 in a stable place personally, noting she is newly engaged and planning her wedding. The description also notes she is prioritizing herself, while still dealing with lingering hurt from past rumors.

As the season begins, the trailer indicates her relationships with the group may remain tense.

Season 4 Features Michols Peña Warning and a Tarot Tease

Michols also stands out in the trailer, with Bravo showing both his leadership role at Republic and moments that raise concerns. Leva warns him directly.

“You can’t have this job if you can’t manage your temper,” she tells him.
The teaser shows Michols clashing with others, including Molly.

Bravo’s cast description notes there is “a crack in his reign” after a workplace meltdown, and says he may be riding a wave of confidence while newly single.

The trailer ends on a lighter, strange note involving a tarot reading from Grace.

“What are those clowns,” Michols asks.

“No, those are actually witches and they’re talking (expletive)” Grace replies.

“Yeah, they have been,” Michols quips.

The moment hints that the supernatural-style humor that follows Grace may also return to the center of the season.

  1. 100% team Joe and Maddi. Joe don’t screw things up between the two of you. When two people are in a relationship they don’t need to go out and get drunk every night or weekend. So Joe if you’ve ever watched Vanderpump Rules then you know by going out and getting drunk doesn’t sound like a guy that wants to settle down and get engaged. So straighted your self out and remember Joe. ” Actions speak louder than words” But you and Maddi were made foreachother. Don’t screw it up ……..
