The former “America’s Next Top Model” judge has listed his sprawling Connecticut estate for nearly $5 million, describing the property as a place that quietly became part of his identity over the past 15 years. The reality TV personality and beauty expert announced he has listed his home in an emotional Instagram post. Manuel reflected on the role the property has played in his life since he bought it in 2011.
In his caption, Manuel wrote, “Some chapters quietly become part of your identity before you even realize it. This home has been that for me.”
Jay went on to say the residence was a “creative refuge” for him. It was “a place to disappear into ideas, host family and friends, reset, and honestly… just breathe.”
Manuel did admit that deciding to sell has been a hard one. However, he is excited for whatever comes next.
“Bittersweet doesn’t even begin to cover it,” he wrote. “But sometimes the next chapter only begins when you’re willing to turn the page. Cheers to what’s next.”

Manuel’s estate is located in Wilston, Connecticut. It is listed for $4.98 million and spans about 7,900 square feet.
According to the listing, the home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It was “thoughtfully completed and refined” under Manuel’s direction after he bought it over a decade ago.
The home sits on 2.75 acres and offers a view of a protected nature preserve. It gives the home a secluded feel despite being within commuting distance of New York City.
The home features outdoor amenities that are designed for entertaining and relaxation. The outdoor space includes a saltwater swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, multiple terraces, a fire pit, and beautifully landscaped gardens.
