The rock energy was high tonight on “Dancing With the Stars” season 34, as the “DWTS” 2025 couples performed to songs for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Night. Olympian gymnast Jordan Chiles and her pro partner, Ezra Sosa, performed a Jazz to “River Deep – Mountain High” by Ike & Tina Turner tonight on “Dancing With the Stars” 2025.
Check out the performance and the “DWTS” judges’ feedback below in our “Dancing With the Stars” spoilers.
Week 8 Performance on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Season 34
The harness last week worked against them, for which Ezra apologized. For tonight, they are doing a Jazz to “River Deep – Mountain High” by Ike & Tina Turner. Carrie Ann said she reminded her of Tina Turner in a previous dance, so now is her chance to take on Tina directly.
She wanted to come back strong after the lower scores last week on “Dancing With the Stars” 2025. The flips to start the dance were a great way to start it out, that’s for sure! This was a high-energy, and she was having fun with it.
For the judges, Carrie Ann said she did not disappoint. She is ballsy, and she takes the risk, and this one paid off. Derek said the Queen of rock and roll, and the Queen of the ballroom. Flavor Flav said every battlefield she goes on, she is a warrior, and she comes out with a win. Bruno said it was so good to see her wild side.
For their score, the judges gave them a 38 out of 40!
Still a Favorite to Win
Every week, Jordan and Ezra are showing why I predicted them as an early favorite to win this season before “Dancing With the Stars” season 34 even started. Sure, they got off to a slower start, but they have definitely gotten into a better stride as the season has gone along.
During Wicked Night two weeks ago, they danced a Rumba to “For Good” by Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande. This was the last dance of the night, and they definitely saved the best for last. Jordan and Ezra shone on this one, as they earned three 10s and a 9 to get a 39 out of 40, tying them with Whitney Leavitt & Mark Ballas for the top score of the night.
Then last week, during Halloween Night, Jordan and Ezra performed a Contemporary routine to “Elastic Heart” by Sia. They brought out a harness as a prop for this one, which some of the judges felt distracted by during the performance. However, I thought they did great, and I feel this was their best performance of the season. The judges didn’t agree, as they earned a 34 out of 40 from the judges on the night.
What did you think of Jordan & Ezra’s performance tonight on “Dancing With the Stars” season 34?

I can’t believe she gets the high scores that she does. She does more flipping than dancing. The show is not called Tumbling with the Stars.
