It was a fun night tonight on “Dancing With the Stars” season 34, as the “DWTS” 2025 couples took on a hit Broadway musical and movie for Wicked Night. It just so happens that “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star Whitney Leavitt and her pro partner, Mark Ballas, happened to be doing a Quickstep to one of my favorite songs from the musical, “Popular,” tonight on “Dancing With the Stars” 2025.
I was not disappointed, the “Dancing With the Stars” judges were not disappointed, and the fans were definitely not disappointed. Check out the fan reactions below in our “Dancing With the Stars” spoilers.
Week 6 Performance on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Season 34
Whitney was upset about being off on the music last week. She is excited to perform a Quickstep to “Popular” by Ariana Grande. She can relate to Glinda and is excited to perform this song. However, she is so focused on being in sync during rehearsals, will it mess her up tonight?
Yeah, I am going to love these routines tonight. There is just so much fun and so much personality in all of them. These two were very quick on their feet, but they made it work. It was fun and upbeat, and Mark was showing off some major sass during this one on “Dancing With the Stars” 2025.
For the judges, Derek said we are discovering a star before our eyes. That was such a complicated routine, and it was so fantastic. Jon said it was the perfect blend of technicality and art. Bruno said that it was insanely good. It was Glinda gone ballistic. Carrie Ann said that was unhinged, in all the right ways.
For the scores, Whitney & Mark got a 39 out of 40! Yes, she got a 10 from Jon, Carrie Ann, and Bruno! The first 10s of the season on “Dancing With the Stars” 2025!
Quickstep Routine Is ‘Popular’ With Fans
There were definitely mixed reviews on social media. One person said, “Not even a fan of her but she deserved those 10s amazing dance.” Another user added, “That dance was so much content. The 10’s were honestly deserved. There was no critique to give which meant it was a 10 🫢🤷🏻♀️.”
The love continued, “it was a quickstep with wicked elements, not a wicked dance with quickstep elements. i knew whitney was going to come back with a vengeance after last weeks critiques & she delivered!”
One fan wrote, “DESERVED EVERY SINGLE 10,” while another added, “WHIT YOU ABSOLUTELY DESERVED THE FIRST 10s OF THE SEASON.”
What did you think of Whitney & Mark’s performance tonight on “Dancing With the Stars” season 34?
