Mark Ballas Reunites with Former Partner: VIDEO

Long-time “Dancing with the Stars” professional Mark Ballas has reunited with his most recent celebrity partner from the show.

Ballas, 39, was paired with “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” cast member Whitney Leavitt in season 34 of “DWTS.” The couple made it to week 10 โ€” the series’ semi-final โ€” before being eliminated in 9th place. Their exit came much to the shock of many viewers.

Season 34 was ultimately won by wildlife conservationist and television presenter Robert Irwin and his professional partner Witney Carson.

Following their elimination on November 18, Ballas and Leavitt, 32, have recently reunited for a fun video. Ballas posted the reunion on social media.

Mark Ballas and Whitney Leavitt Danced Together Again

Mark Ballas took to his Instagram account on Friday, January 9, to share a video of his reunion with Whitney Leavitt with his 1.1 million followers on the popular platform.

Ballas captioned the video “Shake Ya Ass & All That Jazz ๐Ÿ˜.”

In the fun, but very short, 13-second clip, Ballas and Leavitt are seen on a street dancing to “Shake Ya Ass.” Released in 2000, it’s a dirty rap track by Mystikal, featuring a hook by Pharrell Williams.

The dance was a segment of their samba from back in the third week of season 34 of “Dancing with the Stars.” That was “TikTok Night,” and they danced to the same song as the one featured in the clip.

On the night, the couple scored 24 out of the 30 for their dance, with Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough, and Bruno Tonioli all marking them an impressive 8 out of 10.

DWTS Fans Loved the Ballas-Leavitt Reunion

There were countless replies in the comments section from people loving the reunion of Mark Ballas and Whitney Leavitt.

The official Hulu account even had their say, writing, “been waiting for this reunion.”

Another of Ballas’ followers asked, “Anyone walking by being so excited the [sic] see you?! I wish I was there!! ๐Ÿ˜”

Ballas is currently starring on the fourth season of “The Traitors,” on which he is playing the role of a “Faithful.”

So far, he has made it through the first three episodes. Four of his fellow celebrity participants have already been murdered or banished; Reality star Ian Terry (murdered), reality star Porsha Williams (banished), reality star Rob Cesternino (murdered), and Jason and Travis Kelce’s mother Donna (banished).

Hopefully, Ballas can go one better than he did in the recent series of “Dancing with the Stars” and make it all the way to the end.

This year, Leavitt is set to play the leading role of Roxie Hart in a production of “Chicago” at the Ambassador Theatre on Broadway.

It was great to see Mark Ballas and Whitney Leavitt reunite. We wish them both well in their current and future endeavors โ€” and we hope to see them together again soon!
