Hallmark Channel Stars Shower Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce With Love After Their Engagement

One of the most epic love stories to play out in public — the impossible-to-ignore romance between pop superstar Taylor Swift and NFL superstar Travis Kelce — broke the internet on August 26, 2025, as the couple announced their engagement on social media.

So it should probably come as no surprise that a bevy of Hallmark Channel stars, who act out love stories for a living in the network’s rom-coms and cozy mysteries, are among the millions showering the duo with love.

Hallmark’s Patti Murin Squeals in a Grocery Store Over Taylor Swift’s Engagement

Broadway star Patti Murin, whose next Hallmark movie is — ironically enough — the NFL-themed romance in “Holiday Romance: A Bills Love Story,” has been a Swiftie for years. So when she received word of Swift’s engagement while grocery shopping, the hilarious actress did not waste a moment to celebrate.

Murin uploaded a video and wrote, “Where were you when you found out, I was in the freezer aisle and I bought my dogs ice cream after I heard the news so we could celebrate together”

Looking around the store before half-whispering to anyone listening to her video, Murin squealed, “I’m just so excited because I just found out Taylor Swift is engaged!”

Murin, who played the original Anna in Broadway’s “Frozen,” added pics from Swift and Kelce’s post and then another video of herself laughing, “Why am I crying in the grocery store!? This is ridiculous!”

Fans loved Murin’s adorable enthusiasm, with one writing, “You are all of us,” and another who admitted, “I just finished grocery shopping and got back into the car with my son and screamed in the car!”

Kat McNamara & Many Other Hallmark Channel Stars Are Pumped for Taylor & Travis

Murin wasn’t the only Hallmark star excited about Swift and Kelce’s engagement post and swooning over that giant ring. Over 16 million people had liked the post within three hours of it going live — including plenty of Hallmark stars.

Among those who liked the post were Nikki DeLoach, Janel Parrish, Chelsea Hobbs, Arielle Kebbel, Ryan McPartlin, Princess Davis, Ginna Claire Mason, Laura Vandervoort, “The Way Home” star Sadie Laflamme-Snow, “When Calls The Heart” actresses Tierra Skovbye and Melissa Gilbert, “Providence Falls” star Katie Stevens, and Hunter King, who co-starred with Swift’s future mother-in-law — Donna Kelce — in 2024’s “Holiday Touchdown: A Chief’s Love Story.”

Kat McNamara, who’s expected to appear in new “True Justice” mysteries in 2026, shared Swift and Kelce’s post in her Instagram Stories and wrote “CONGRATULATIONS @killatrav & @taylorswift !!!”

The Kansas City native knows the Kelce family through her work on the annual Big Slick celebrity fundraiser for Children’s Mercy Hospital. She added in her Story, “It’s a love story and baby she said yes! Couldn’t be happier for you two beautiful people.”

In April 2024, Kelce revealed on his “New Heights” podcast, co-hosted with his brother Jason Kelce, that he’d become a “big” fan of Hallmark living in Kansas City, where Hallmark is headquartered, and that he’d been known to “dabble” in watching Hallmark Channel rom-coms.
