Drew and Jonathan Scott’s popular HGTV show “Celebrity IOU” will return just after Christmas, the network announced on November 20, 2025.
The five-episode run will kick off on December 28 with the Property Brothers helping “Full House” alum John Stamos pull off an amazing renovation for his best friend of 50 years. Other stars to be featured in the new episodes are Eva Longoria, Mario Lopez, Ike Barinholtz, and William Shatner.
John Stamos Will Lean on the Property Brothers to Transform His Best Buddy’s Garage on ‘Celebrity IOU’
HGTVOn “Celebrity IOU,” the Scott twins partner up with a star to renovate a space for someone beloved and deserving in that celebrity’s life. According to press materials from HGTV, Stamos wanted to surprise his best buddy Ken with an “astonishing garage and patio renovation at his childhood home.”
A musician like Stamos, who has performed with the Beach Boys since 1985, Ken stopped playing music after his father died, per HGTV, so Stamos hopes to create a space where he can store and play his instruments with family and friends.
In the December 28 episode, he will work with Drew and Jonathan to turn the garage into a “modern, expanded room that features a new drum set on a portable stage, a sleek workstation with built-ins for needed storage and comfy lounge furniture,” per HGTV. The patio, meanwhile, will also get a makeover that includes beautiful pavers, a wall of succulents, and a fire pit.

According to HGTV, the other renovations to be featured on the latest round of “Celebrity IOU” episodes will include a “contemporary kitchen with a connected family room and flex space for a homeschool family,” as well as the “overhaul of a century-old Craftsman in need of structural fixes and updates.”

Can’t get enough of the Property Brothers? Earlier in the month, on December 14 at 6 p.m. Eastern time, the Scott brothers will also host HGTV’s annual “White House Christmas.” Meanwhile, the latest round of “Celebrity IOU” episodes kicks off on December 28 at 9 p.m. Eastern time.
