When the stars attend the 2026 Grammy Awards on Sunday, February 1, to celebrate the best in music from the past year, they’ll be shown to certain spots where they’ll be seated during the ceremony. While we often have to wait until the show begins before finding out where everyone is located, CBS took to TikTok to share a sneak peek at the seating plan for the big night.
Billie Eilish, Miley Cyrus and More Stars Will be There

“Billie Eilish and her brother/longtime collaborator, Finneas, will be seated together, while Miley Cyrus will chop it up with Bad Bunny a week before the Super Bowl,” Cosmopolitan noted. That’s not to mention the fact that Chappell Roan and Doechii seem to be sitting at the same table while Sabrina Carpenter is nearby.
It appears as if Jack Antonoff is attending with his wife, actress Margaret Qualley, while “[i]t also seems like Tyler, the Creator, Pharrell Williams, and Jamie Foxx are all within proximity to each other,” per Cosmo. “Best New Artist nominees Olivia Dean and Leon Thomas will share a table, as well as Alex Warren and Lola Young. Addison Rae and Sombr are also reuniting after getting close on the set of his ’12 to 12′ music video.”
How Do Award Shows Arrange Their Seating Plans?
GettyThe seating arrangement at awards shows like the Grammys are far from random. In fact, a fair share of thought goes into where everyone can be found once the event starts.
“Ceremonies like the BAFTAs, Grammys and Oscars welcome celebrities from across the world to celebrate their accolades and achievements,” according to Cosmopolitan. “But, just like us normal folk, your favourite musicians and movie stars also might want to sit next to their friends.”
Indeed, “[c]elebrities invited to awards shows will often ask in advance to sit next to their friends and colleagues.”
Beyond that, those who might have a little (or a lot) drama between them are purposefully not seated near each other.
And while viewers might assume that those closer to the stage are more likely to win, Cosmo explains, “Just because an artist is sat in a certain spot — like the aisle that leads straight up to that winner’s podium — it doesn’t mean they will win the award they’re nominated for. No more hypothesising as soon as the curtains are up!”
