Rihanna gave birth less than two months ago, and she was shining brighter than ever tonight, November 3, 2025, on the red carpet at the CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America) Awards, which were held at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City.

The Savage X Fenty founder wore a black ankle-length trench coat with an interesting asymmetrical cutout down one leg over a coordinating black shirt, and gave her look a unique twist by tucking a white pair of pants into her heels. She wore her hair slicked back with a deep, side-swept bang, and accessorized with a bold silver statement ear cuff.

Vogue says Rocky was honored at the event with the Style Icon Award at the 2025 ceremony. Although he is perhaps best loved for his iconic song “Problems” which brought hip-hop superstars Drake, Kendrick Lamar, and 2Chainz together, the Harlem native is almost as recognizable for his fashion sense as his lyrical prowess. Clothing is a huge part of his AWGE creative collective, and he recently showed his latest collection, “Obligatory Fashion,” at Paris Fashion Week. He told Perfect the designs were inspired by the way people he observed in the courthouse during his early 2025 legal battle, in which he ultimately triumphed, seemed to wear society-mandated “costumes.”
For the CFDA red carpet, Rocky stuck with Chanel, the same brand he recently rocked as he made headlines by acting out a proposal to Margaret Qualley on the streets of New York City while filming a commercial for the French powerhouse.
Vogue specifies he wore a black silk gabardine jacket over a yellow silk knit top with a Chanel belt and his own assorted jewelry to accept his award.
Rocky’s win comes 11 years after Rihanna received the same honor in an unforgettable sheer Adam Selman dress bejeweled with over 200,000 Swarovski crystals.
