Rihanna and A$AP Rocky appear to be deeply in love, and the pair isn’t shy about showing off their adorable relationship. That’s just what they did on Monday, December 1, while dressed up for The Gotham Awards in New York City.
After making an appearance on the red carpet together while both looking beyond chic, the couple headed inside for the event. That’s where they were seen cuddling while sitting at a table. In a video posted to Instagram by Entertainment Tonight, Rihanna leans back on A$AP Rocky as he keeps his arm around the singer.
Fans loved what they were seeing, and plenty left comments on the Instagram post letting the pair know how much fans adore their relationship.
One person wrote, “He love him some Rih…and I will never get tired of seeing it ❤️”
“I hope they stay together forever,” another person added.
Someone else left a comment, saying, “Wouldn’t it be nice… if every man respected the woman that gave him children, love, and a HOME…. like this guys does. 👏👏”
There’s ‘A Lot of History Between’ Rihanna & A$AP Rocky

“It’s a lot of history between us,” he told W while recalling how they first met. “I was kicked out of this nightclub. They wasn’t giving me no access to it. This is when I’m just starting out, so nobody knows me. … I was getting into it with the bouncers, and she came out. We just locked eyes. She didn’t even know us, but she was like, ‘Yo! Why y’all not letting him in? What’s wrong with you?! Let that man in!’”
When asked how he knew Rihanna was the person he wanted to have children with, he said, “I knew from when we were younger. We both did, I think. So it was only right when we got older. We just kind of reconnected.”
Rihanna & A$AP Rocky Are Still Good Friends

She told Harper’s Bazaar, “[N]o matter how hard everything is that we’re dealing with in our life, in our careers and as parents, he’s like, ‘Remember when we were friends? Remember when we just used to have fun as friends?’”
Rihanna also talked about seeing A$AP Rocky as a dad and said it’s the “greatest thing” about him.
“His pureness. His charm. I’m annoyed because my sons sometimes just live for him more than they live for me,” she said. “And I’m like, ‘Did you know who cooked you? Do you know who pushed you out?’ And they love him, but when I see it, oh, it’s the best.”
