You may have recently seen Amy Schumer posing in a swimsuit and showing off her weight loss. At the same time, you may or may not have noticed where she’s standing in those pics. The star happened to be spending time in her new-ish condo, which seems to be where she’s living amid her split from her husband, Chris Fischer, after seven years of marriage.
After Schumer previously revealed that she wanted to return to Manhattan so that she and her son could be closer to his school, she sold the Brooklyn townhouse she shared with Fischer for $11 million.
Now, Schumer is living on the Upper West Side in a stunning condo that overlooks both Central Park and the city skyline.
When Did Schumer Buy the Condo?
GettyApparently, Schumer sealed the deal on her new condo without the public noticing. This was surely due to the fact that she opted to purchase the property under a trust.
But when exactly did she buy her new condo? Well, according to The New York Post, the star picked up the home a year ago, back in January 2025. That came around three months before she put her Brooklyn townhouse on the market.
What Does Schumer’s New Home Offer the Star?
Located on Central Park West, Schumer’s new home is a coveted corner condominium. Including three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, “[t]he apartment features sweeping Central Park and reservoir views from every room, anchored by a long great room lined with bay windows,” according to the New York Post.
Beyond that, the chef’s kitchen boasts new renovations and is “outfitted with marble counters, custom cabinetry and high-end appliances.”
In a separate wing of the condo, the primary suite can be found. Also offering views of the park, Schumer will be able to enjoy the suite’s walk-in closet and “a spa-style marble bathroom.”
As for the two other bedrooms, they also face Central Park, and can be used as a home office or guest rooms if needed.
Other perks of the condo include a laundry room and a powder room, as well as central air and hardwood floors.
When it comes to the building which was designed by the late architect Costas Kondylis, “[i]t offers full-time doorman and concierge services, a fitness room, play spaces and storage, and sits directly across from the southern end of the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir.”
