Barbara Eden is proving that timeless charm never fades.
The “I Dream of Jeannie” icon, now 94, delighted fans over the Easter holiday by sharing a rare and playful photo alongside her husband, Jon Eicholtz—and the pair fully embraced the spirit of the occasion.
All About the Festive Photo
In the snapshot, Eden and Eicholtz are seen wearing festive bunny ears, with the actress sporting a bright blue pair and a red jacket.
Standing behind her husband with her hands resting on his shoulders, Eden flashed a radiant smile that immediately caught fans’ attention.
“Happy Easter from us bunnies! We hope it’s been beautiful and full of joy! -B & J #happyeaster #easter #easterbunny #barbaraeden,” she captioned the post.
The lighthearted holiday moment quickly sparked an outpouring of admiration in the comments, with many fans stunned by how youthful the television legend still looks decades after her rise to fame.
“You both look great. Happy Easter,” one fan wrote.
Another added, “Aww you two look wonderful. Happy Easter,” while others echoed similar sentiments celebrating the couple’s appearance and warmth.
One particularly heartfelt message read, “Such a lucky man you are to find such a beautiful person… she is beautiful inside and out.”
Eden Is Beloved For Her Iconic Role
Eden became a household name in the 1960s thanks to her starring role as the magical and mischievous genie in “I Dream of Jeannie,” which aired from 1965 to 1970.
The series broke ground as a fantasy sitcom centered on a strong, charismatic female lead, helping cement Eden’s place as one of television’s most beloved stars.
Even now, more than half a century later, her legacy continues to resonate with fans who grew up watching her iconic performances.
While public appearances have become less frequent in recent years, moments like her Easter post serve as a reminder of the enduring connection she shares with her audience.
While speaking with PEOPLE in October 2025, Eden revealed that she didn’t realize just how popular the classic show was.
“I didn’t realize, actually, how popular Jeannie was until several years after, and it still amazes me,” she said.
“I can’t believe it. I have mail from Russia. Can you imagine?” Eden added. “I have fan mail from Russia and China and Japan, Poland, Italy, a lot from Germany and South America, the U.K. — and if you had told me that when we were shooting, I wouldn’t have believed it.”
