It’s official. Dua Lipa and beau Callum Turner tied the knot on Sunday in a simple, yet stylish civil ceremony. While only a few were privy to the ceremony itself, fans got to see the dazzling choice of wedding attire by the 30-year-old.
The newlywed singer stepped down from Old Marylebone Town Hall in a lavish white ensemble. The Schiaparelli outfit, courtesy of Daniel Roseberry, features the artist in an ivory-colored blazer. The custom jacket featured eccentric gold buttons, which added an interesting layer of color to the overall look.
The matching skirt and white Christian Louboutin pumps rounded out what was a tasteful, yet unassuming set. Oh, and don’t forget the Bulgari necklace and Stephen Jones hat.

As for the honeymoon, not much is known at the moment regarding Dua Lipa and Callum Turner’s plans. Word on the street is that the couple is planning to spend a three-day getaway in Sicily.
The celebratory arrangements will likely take on a bigger dimension than the wedding itself. Nevertheless, more details about their post-nuptial fete should emerge in due course.
It’s interesting that two such notorious celebrities would opt for such a quiet, intimate way to Wednesday. For all of those over-the-top weddings featuring all of the pomp and circumstances, Dua Lipa and Turner have shown a more down-to-earth side to themselves.
The tempered festivities notwithstanding did not preclude fans from catching a glimpse of the renowned actor and pop icon.
Secret Wedding Surprises Fans
Some initial reports suggested that Dua Lipa and Turner would hold a massive bash in September of this year. While such an event would not have been unusual, the couple surprised fans with the low-key wedding in London on Sunday.
One plausible explanation is that the couple had considered a major event. But then, changed their minds and opted for a more intimate gathering.
The newlyweds, who have been an item for over two years, perhaps decided that a smaller event was more fitting after Dua Lipa’s monster world tour.
After all, who wouldn’t want some downtime after thrilling millions of fans around the world? With that in mind, it wouldn’t be crazy to think that the newlyweds may have some other surprises in store for fans.
